“We call it our Dairy Queen, everybody calls it their DQ. Odem has about 2500 people and is slowly growing and doesn’t have to many options. Our Dairy Queen is one of the larger DQ’s I’ve been in. It has several areas could be used for small gatherings to a decent size birthday party. I know people who travel 10 miles or more to come to the Odem DQ. And the reason is like everyone says, the food is hot and tasty, service is quick, the treats are sweet and cold and agrees on how clean the restaurant and grounds are.“

They should at least work in bearable work conditions. Please address this situation. Get it fixed“

They truly deserve 5 stars for going above and beyond for one of our sick foster families. I especially want to recognize the professionalism of the second manager I spoke to, who handled a small delivery issue with care and made things right in such a thoughtful way. It really meant a lot. Thank you for your kindness and for setting such a great example of customer service—keep up the amazing work!“

“I called this store today to order a couple of sandwich trays for a group of 15 people. Diana took my call and I explained the online form was not working. She took my order, called me a few minutes before it was due to be ready to let me know everything was good to go, and when I arrived, she helped me pack everything into my car. My team was impressed with the trays when I arrived. I see a lot of bad reviews for this store, but Diana was great and saved the day for our hungry crew.“

“I ordered several pizzas for a pokemon birthday party and I asked them to make the pizzas half peperoni half cheese with olives in the middle to form the shape of a pokeball and they did an amazing job. Thank you Debbie and team, you helped make my sons birthday that much more memorable.“

“Went there at 11am. When breakfast was supposed to end. There were 3 other people there for breakfast, 2 ahead of us. At first the cashier said we're done serving breakfast, but after urging him to ask the kitchen, he did, and we all ended up getting some breakfast. Rare awesome service.“

It is now friendly, efficient, well stocked and most importantly they have my order ready on time and not 30 minutes later. All this in stark contrast to what it was just a month back.
