“Not a bad place at all. Service was prompt, efficient and on point. Food wasn't awesome, definitely not bad either.

I ordered a catfish filet, 3 chicken tenders, coleslaw and fried okra.

The catfish was cooked perfectly. Just not quality catfish. Reminds me of Southeast Asia catfish.

Chicken tenders are almost great. They seem to be brined, leaving the protein very moist. It's a texture problem for me.

Coleslaw was really good and I highly recommend it.

Fried okra needed a few more minutes in the oil. Just not quite crispy enough for me.

I will be back to explore some of the other items on the menu.“

“I am visiting my daughter in Mansfield. I first tried bb.q Chicken here at my daughter’s months ago. I was hooked. Ruined! I live in San Antonio. Tried the 3 locations in San Antonio. Just not the same! Just couldn’t seem to get it right!! So today, 5/5/26 my daughter asked me where would I like her to take me for Mother’s Day… She was going to take me anywhere I wanted to go… Well… bb.qChicken of course! So at 6:37 pm we landed up at the 3030 E Broad Street in Mansfield. When we walked in we were greeted by two of the sweetest guys. We found out their names were Nate and Kenji.

We ordered some boneless chicken, sweet potato fries, steamed rice and cheese sticks. As I understand, Nate tossed our chicken himself… On my first bite, I knew I had gotten exactly what I had been dreaming of! There it was! That crispy, gooey, juicy bb.qChicken pure delicious goodness!! They were so perfectly coated! Tasted just like LOVE!!

Kenji and Nate were the epitome of great customer service! They were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They made great recommendations and their recommendations were spot on! The sweet potato fries and cheese sticks were hot, fresh, crispy and pure deliciousness! Kudos to the cook also! Kenji and Nate treated us like valued guests! I WILL be returning before I leave back to San Antonio!!“

“This location offers a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed the quarter bird plus a wing at first level of “hot”. I recommend at least a little heat to enhance the flavor. There are options for kids as well, such as nuggets and tenders. Powerade + lemonade + sprite = Baja blast without the massive sugar.“

Got here and the parking lot was not packed, but I know it can get packed. It is not that big, just a heads up.
Walked in and was greeted. They have inside and outside seating. Place was clean. People were leaving and they were cleaning the tables. Now, we got to the counter and the young lady was very nice. Told her that it was our first time. We got a sampler and she mentioned to get medium hot if we like spicy and then go from there. Ordered for and drink, waited and the food was amazing! The Hot honey dip... VERY NICE. You need to go here. Try it out. WARNING ...chairs make TONS of noise because people are too lazy to pick them up instead of dragging it on the floor.“

“One of our favorite quick chicken places. Known for their Cane's sauce, but I recommend the honey mustard if you want a change. Both their lemonade and sweet tea have great flavors. Usually we use the drive-thru which is relatively quick.“

“I usually order for pickup. My first impression of this place was that it wasn't kind of place I expected (it's in a strange neighborhood). But my food is always hot and fresh, and I'm usually in and out within seconds.

Trip's special is the fried fish, mac, slaw, and a drink. Fish is legit; seasoned well, crispy coating, moist and delicious. Gotta have it with the tartar. Mac is nice and cheesy with good texture. I usually don't like slaw, but Lisa's slaw is sweet, delicious, and really helps to cut down the grease. Recommend throwing in some hushpuppies too.

Chicken is pretty good most of the time, it stays crispy, tender, and juicy for a while. Not mind-blowing delicious, but homestyle and very good for the value you get out of this place. Would recommend for anyone looking for a cheap, filling, satiating meal. Hits different when you're on the drive home and you're too lazy to chef up.“

“I found authentic Korean street food away from Korea in Grand Prairie! Ordered garlic spicy wings to go, and the chicken was still super crispy on the outside and tender and moist on the inside. Nothing beats that yummy garlicky and crunchy chicken. It wasn't actually as spicy as it looked. The chewy tteokbokki was a great addition to the wings that came with it. “Ordered a family meal for Easter Brunch. It was the first time for 4 of us to try El Pollo Loco. We were all shocked how savory and juicy the chicken was!! The Mac n cheese is super creamy and felt like a comfort food. The corn was better than other Mexican food drive thrus. Nothing special about the Charro beans - they were good but not above par. Their flour and corn tortillas were fresh. Overall the food felt wholesome and tasted soooo good! I cannot believe we hadn’t tried this place before! I’ve got a coupon page from the paper and plan to try everything else on the menu. Hah!“

“I stopped in just because I was craving Fried Chicken and Seafood at the same time. Although the outside can be sort of in the hood if you would (came with a work truck with a long trailer and I had to park far away a couple cars were circling and pretty sure they were up to nefarious things but that is besides the point.) I asked for recommendations from the lady and she strictly told me everything is good and cooked fresh so she recommended the entire menu I ended up going with the fried rice and a combo that came with fried chicken, fried shrimp, and fried fish. It was AMAZING!!!!! The flavor was something I haven't had in forever, most places are good but they don't keep you craving and hoping you go back weeks at a time. This was also the first time that I actually found a cocktail sauce that I did not find to be overpowered by horseradish and it was a complete game changer for me. Only bummer it's about 2 hours from where I live but if I get the opportunity I am most definitely stopping by again.“

Ive never had cfa ever so i asked my cashier what did she recommend so after i order and all she told me not to worry about it that my meal was on her. “Got my lunch today from this location since its near my job and let me tell you. This location is always on it even when they've got lines for days in the drive thru. Got some of the best employees you're gonna find in the DFW area. Really wanna highlight Sebastian at the window, highly professional guy and always takes extra steps to make sure the experience is a satisfactory one! “Went through the drive thru during my lunch break and ordered the chicken deluxe sandwich, once I got to work I noticed they gave me the spicy chicken sandwich. I can't eat anything spicy so I called them to inform them and they said I would have to come back up there(which I can't because I'm back at work) or they can put me in their system.
