“So we went to Rodeo Goat for a few drinks before dinner. I asked our bartender, Anna, for an extra sweet bourbon Manhattan on the rocks. This is probably not a common order. She was gone for quite a while and I said to my husband, "She probably had to look up how to make it." Well, she did and it was outstanding. I wish more bartenders would do this!! “Great beers and food! Staff is super friendly and will help you choose your beer with samples: Like a beer sommelier!! Brunch on Sundays. I had the Hangover Burger which was huge and delicious. Besides beer they have a cocktail list. I had the Sparkling Soul Slayer which was suggested by bartender William…nice! Their pizza crust is sourdough made by the Bread Street Brothers, a local bakery. Can’t miss!“

“Casual AM eatery. Staff is always pretty busy, even when we come on the shoulder of the peak and lull, and they still make the time to serve you. They have high chairs, and it’s loud enough that no one minds an occasional scream or two.

We love that the calorie counts are provided. Great for tracking macros or a cheat meal. I love the range of pancakes, from crisp flap jacks to milk-soaked, they are always tasty!

“This is a small but quant corner, you have a variety of stores Tom Thumb being one of them. Then you have numerous eating places like on the border, some kind of Chinese one on the same square as On The Border and many others. Plus you have Chase Bank. You can get in and out from three different sides, coming off of the Dallas Tollway, Parker road or the first street after the Tollway. Makes it convenient and fast to get in and out of there.“

“Easily the best ramen I've had in the Collin County area. Hell even the price has beaten inflation! You can't get any better ramen by far. Their broth is just simply different. The noodles are the best rice noodles I've ever have. And this place stays open till 2 am everday?? It's heaven for late night folks. Definitely one of the best restaurants around in general. Their service is still quick as can be and their staff DO take their jobs seriously. With a lot of care and heart. Not many places if any have that type of worth ethic left 🤧“

“We were surprised to be able to get a last min res on a Sunday but we got in. The food was it's normal outstanding and the service was at the mercy of the kitchen. Sometimes (as was for our desert order) the kitchen has a hard time getting the food out and makes the service look slow. Otherwise a very enjoyable brunch and we will be back.“

Along with the martini's and margs; The steak and sushi is a must and it pairs well with the truffle tortellini, along with the yuzu calamari for the appetizer; we had the crystal margarita, passion fruit chili margarita, Hugo lemon drop martini, and the sparkling peach mojito, all solid choices!“

“Ebb & Flow is a hidden gem with real charm. My sister and I came in hoping for a chill vibe and got exactly that—not a large lunch crowd, no chaos, just excellent customer service and a cozy atmosphere. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in.

There was a slightly odd smell when I first entered (maybe kitchen-related?), but honestly, the food made me forget all about it. That Alfredo sauce? Top tier. Creamy, flavorful, and absolutely worth coming back for. Everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned.
