Starbucks in Plano

“Ive been coming to this starbucks pretty much everyday that I am in town for the past couple years. Manny and his team are by far, the most professional, and friendliest starbucks staff that I have ever interacted with. Truthfully, my colleague and I feel so welcomed to come in and get work done for hours everyday.“

“So just telling your bread and butter the paying customers to just leave for little to nothing and may I remind District/Corporate Manager Kianna that some people in the cafe are autistic and are in no form or fashion in violation of no code of conduct and I'm not your child. And I'm well within my rights as a paying customer to leave belongings in at my discretion and get something to eat elsewhere or whatever I need. And this is the quote unquote code of conduct to promote giving people a bad rap for next to nothing and promoting mean spiritualness in the Starbucks brand and representation of nothing of the brand and likeness. I certainly hope you realize that you have an entire community in autism watching and the environment you create for them. Poverty isn't chosen for certain people and you know little to nothing about people and they're situation and beyond the code of conduct. This is about customer rights and what judgments they make. Don't just observe and catch senseless violations that contribute to nothing of the Starbucks experience. And never promote mean spiritualness under no circumstances and take away from everyone. That's never the Starbucks brand or the way of doing things. Focus more on something that's actually happening. Observation and speculation dose little to nothing for the and totally takes from the experience.“

“The lady at the register with all of the pins in her hat is EVERYTHING (wish I got her name). This starbucks has the best customer service out of all of the ones I had been to and their system is very efficient with getting orders out swiftly.“

“I love this neighborhood Starbucks! I’m a little upset with the building upgrade as corporate Starbucks took a wonderful Starbucks that was like Stars Hallow from Gilmore Girls or the Brady Bunch with its wonderful, warm welcoming feel that was so charming .. to this cold, factory looking building that has been stripped of its personality. It is now just a cookie cutter Starbucks ??? can corporate stop stripping the personality out of everything in the name of increasing profits and speed— which I get it from a capitalist perspective. But it’s quite different walking in and seeing some of the people who made Starbucks “Starbucks” working the window , working take out orders.

This Starbucks has always had amazing people, the stickers, the smiles— it really made Plano had this small town feel and I loved that. Idk.. Starbucks I think you are leaving out something special when focus too much on profits. There is a wonderful opportunity for Starbucks to keep boutique Starbucks as they are. Not everyone is looking for fast service. A lot of people want that special touch and human connection especially in a world with upcoming AI. It will become increasingly rare. I live closer to another Starbucks but would drive out of my way to come to this one.“

“The Starbucks Reserve at Legacy West is hands down one of my favorite places to be. I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the friendliest staff who always make you feel welcome. They’re not just taking your order — they genuinely seem happy to be there, and it makes all the difference.

The space itself is absolutely beautiful. It feels more like a high-end lounge than a coffee shop. The attention to detail in the design — the rich wood tones, the natural light pouring in, the comfortable seating — makes you feel like you’ve stepped onto a movie set. It’s stylish, cozy, and inspiring all at once.

It’s no wonder that so many creative people choose to work from here. You’ll see writers, designers, students — all set up with their laptops and notebooks, sipping on incredible coffee for hours. And honestly, it’s easy to lose track of time here because the vibe is that good.

Speaking of coffee, the drinks here are next level. You can really tell the difference at a Reserve location — everything from the quality of the beans to the way each drink is crafted with so much care. I always try something new when I visit, and the baristas are super knowledgeable and happy to recommend something based on what you’re feeling that day.

Another thing I appreciate is how clean and organized the space is, even when it’s busy. You can tell the team takes a lot of pride in maintaining the environment, and it makes you want to stay even longer.

Whether you’re grabbing a quick latte or settling in for a full day of work, Starbucks Reserve at Legacy West never disappoints. It’s more than just a coffee shop — it’s an experience. Highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t yet!“

“I wanted to leave a review for the wonderful woman who serviced me here earlier today. I had just gotten off of a really difficult shift and decided to swing by to grab a coffee for my partner, and a drink for myself. And I'm astounded by how quickly my mood went from poor, to walking out the door smiling. I was happily serviced by Shawntel B. Who was engaging in conversation, cracking jokes, and being an absolute ray of sunshine. Her customer service is far beyond excellent, and her personality is exuberant! “This is definitely one of the nicest, spacious, cleanest Starbucks locations I’ve frequented. Staff is always polite and friendly, service is prompt. I just wish the music wasn’t played so loud. It makes it difficult to concentrate when I’m trying to get work done. But a great location to come to if you want to socialize“

“I would give 100000 stars if I could. First I just want to say... Laveen (I may be spelling this wrong) & Logan are seriously the sweetest people I have ever met in the service industry. I've been coming to this location since I started my medical job in February. I was a high volume bartender for clubs previously for 8 years. These 2 morning staff MAKE MY MORNING everyday!!! To the point I'm sad the days I can't make it in! I cannot thank them enough for being the people they are!For the 1 star reviewers & the rude customers I've experienced in my time coming... I encourage you to take into consideration the fact that it is usually one of them working in the morning and sometimes both of them... 6+ customers at any given time in line while they not only.... take you & everyone elses order, check you out, warm your food, and also make your coffee... while your typical Starbucks has multiple people for each job... please be more kind and considerate as they are doing their best to make everyones things in a timely manner.The world needs more kind people <3“

“I have often visited this particular Starbucks after shopping at Target. This location will not be just an “after shop” stop, but will be my go to location. Why? Serenity has such great service! She jokes, shows her big smile all the time and makes you feel welcomed. Jamar adds on to the experience with his extreme care for your order. These two both have made my drink better than any Starbucks I have been to. Keep up the great work Serenity and Jamar!!!!!“

“This is a really solid Starbucks in Plano!
I’ve been coming here for years.
It has a drive thru and a large sitting area inside.
The store is always clean and the staff is really friendly!

I’ve never had any issues with my drinks or any food I’ve gotten. My orders are usually prepared really fast and the drive thru lines move quickly as well.“

“Went into Starbucks to sip on something warm & non-caffeinated on this chilly day. Isaiah acknowledged me, recommended the Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai and the drink is great. He had awesome energy, the space was clean, and the chai is worth a try while it’s still out!“

“Went in on a Saturday morning. The barista was very friendly and made the order very quick. It was very delicious, and the sit-down area is a little cramped with lots of coffee and mugs available to purchase. Starbucks Rewards are accepted here.“
