“I recently visited here and the customer service was excellent. I went through the drive through so did not get names, but have been there several times before and it’s always the same. This day I was not having a good day but the kindness and efficiency of the staff lifted my spirits.
It’s a little crazy but I always wondered about the messages on the cups and what good they did. This day I found out because the barista added ‘Have a great day!’ With a smiley and for some reason I actually smiled and decided that I would.
Keep being a pleasant place to visit for coffee!!!

They always take a few moments for some friendly chat with me while getting my order ready, they know me by name, and they always get my order right. They provide the best service of all the stores in the area!“
“So just telling your bread and butter the paying customers to just leave for little to nothing and may I remind District/Corporate Manager Kianna that some people in the cafe are autistic and are in no form or fashion in violation of no code of conduct and I'm not your child. And I'm well within my rights as a paying customer to leave belongings in at my discretion and get something to eat elsewhere or whatever I need. And this is the quote unquote code of conduct to promote giving people a bad rap for next to nothing and promoting mean spiritualness in the Starbucks brand and representation of nothing of the brand and likeness. I certainly hope you realize that you have an entire community in autism watching and the environment you create for them. Poverty isn't chosen for certain people and you know little to nothing about people and they're situation and beyond the code of conduct. This is about customer rights and what judgments they make. Don't just observe and catch senseless violations that contribute to nothing of the Starbucks experience. And never promote mean spiritualness under no circumstances and take away from everyone. That's never the Starbucks brand or the way of doing things. Focus more on something that's actually happening. Observation and speculation dose little to nothing for the and totally takes from the experience.“
“Been coming here daily for a few months. As a 27-yr veteran in 5-star hospitality, I know what to look for. The staff here is great. They welcome you and remember things- like putting a packet of homey on my tea so I don’t need to ask for it. This Starbucks also has the best atmosphere of any Starbucks. Kudos!“

The person serving us had 2 other customers and was taking care of them but took the time to acknowledge and greet us. I appreciated the fact that the server told us they would be with us momentarily.

“Came in to do some work on my laptop while drinking a coffee. While I was there, I had a slight cough from allergies & the weather changing. One of the baristas brought me a tea made with mint & other ingredients to help me soothe my throat & cough less. It was on the house. It is little acts like this that make a huge impact on the customer experience.

“They’ve been kind of screwed by the recent closure of another nearby location, so now they’re always backed up by the extra traffic.
That said, they definitely do their best with the situation they’ve been put in.
Coffee is always correct, service is always good, and everything is pretty consistent. If you somehow want more out of a Starbucks, you’re probably just pretentious and a bit entitled, like some of the people who complain when they aren’t greeted as they walk in. Some folks just want to feel special, I suppose.“
“I was stopping here to get the seasonal apple crisp drink last year, and the barista told me that he had a drink recipe that was similar and tastes like apple pie. It was the best Starbucks drink I have tried to this day. Someone please find me that recipe!!

“I would give 100000 stars if I could. First I just want to say... Laveen (I may be spelling this wrong) & Logan are seriously the sweetest people I have ever met in the service industry. I've been coming to this location since I started my medical job in February. I was a high volume bartender for clubs previously for 8 years. These 2 morning staff MAKE MY MORNING everyday!!! To the point I'm sad the days I can't make it in! I cannot thank them enough for being the people they are!For the 1 star reviewers & the rude customers I've experienced in my time coming... I encourage you to take into consideration the fact that it is usually one of them working in the morning and sometimes both of them... 6+ customers at any given time in line while they not only.... take you & everyone elses order, check you out, warm your food, and also make your coffee... while your typical Starbucks has multiple people for each job... please be more kind and considerate as they are doing their best to make everyones things in a timely manner.The world needs more kind people <3“

One of the better things about this location that I’ve seen is that there is a screen on the wall that has the names of every order that they are taking are working on and already, so that you know where you’re at in the queue“
