“Best location and greatest staff! I had a huge event recently that required pickup before opening hours. They were accommadating and helped load the car. The chicken salad was a huge hit for the event. It was refreshing and delicious! Love going in here. They make me feel like they know me personally.“

“This place is the GOAT. The chicken was so good it made me want to rewind the day like a VHS tape and eat it all over again. The tortillas were fresher than my Air Jordans in ’96, the rice and beans were on point, and the salsa hit harder than a Stone Cold Stunner.
The staff was cool, the food came out fast, and my plate disappeared quicker than a Tamagotchi battery. If you’re hungry, don’t sleep on El Pollo Loco. This place is all that and a bag of chips. 10/10—I’d be back before my dial-up internet finished connecting.“

“I’ve never felt so compelled to leave a review for a fast food establishment as I have with this one. I’m currently writing this as I finish up the meal I just purchased from here and let me just say, I’ve been to many Hartz locations and this one is by far exemplary compared to all others! The food was fresh and hot, great portions, no hesitation with giving condiments, great communication, short wait times on food, and to top it all off… the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS DEFINITELY THERE! I had absolutely no incentive to leave a review nonetheless this kind of review other than just being that satisfied as a customer, thank you HARTZ!“

“We eat regularly at the Kingwood location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They recently added coloring sheets for the kids and our girls really like that. The restaurant has a always clean and tidy.“

“I love chickfila but I always feel bad for the teenage workers who take orders outside. They stand there without seating in Texas heat inhaling all that exhaust from the cars. Other than that, the food is amazing and their cookies are warm and taste home made.“

“Earlier this afternoon I was getting a to go order for my wife and went inside ...I get the food....and go back to my truck...and my battery had died....after standing outside with my hood up and cables out.... no one approached me....until one of the store directors....i can't remember his name ....but he came over and asked about the problem and then said he had a jumper pack we tried but failed, but he pulled his truck around and we hooked the cables...within a few minutes...she fires up and I am back on the road shout out to him....he needs a raise 🙌“

“In spite of being super busy (double drive thru lined up well past where the line to begin around the building), outstanding fast and super professional service - best I've ever experienced from a fast food restaurant!!! “I love this place! I don't eat fast food, but this works for me since it's Chicken, and unlike the competition, I can eat for 2 days (I love leftovers) for under $20, so that's a win for me. Also, I have never liked Coleslaw until eating theirs. It's perfect because it's not all runny and has sustenance and crunch to it. My only complaint is that I think they should offer 2 sauces starting out, instead of one, and then charge for anything after that. One is never enough, even for the smaller meals, in which I always buy the Box.“

“Splendora location. I hate to say but I visit this location up to 4 times a week. They are so nice and proud of their store. Food is always hot and consistent. Quality and efficiency is why I keep coming back. The value of their meals beats their competitors that are within walking distance. I appreciate this store for being a very well ran team!“
