“This is the best food I have had in Leakey in my whole life of visiting here since 1974! I had the asada fries and they were perfection. The sauces were delicious, fries crispy, meat well seasoned and good quality-no chewy parts in the meat. Veggies are fresh, all of it 5 ⭐️. My husband had a burger and fries and he said it was excellent. The bun looked really good. So good we are going back for our next meal.“

The employee greets you with a smile and a great attitude. Very patient while I studied the menu and even gave me a sample so I knew if I wanted to order it. I did it was delicious. The beans actually had flavor , the carne guisada was soft, juicy, and had lots of flavor. The rice was cooked to perfection with again lots of flavor. The lettuce and tomato were crisp. The tortillas were fresh and homemade. The bean and cheese tacos had lots of filling. I am thoroughly impressed with tbis restaurant. They definitely IMPRESSED me. “Went to the one on bandera the food is good, But the service we received today was not a good one, the young lady that took are order was just a very unhappy person. They were not busy at all it was just me and my daughter. “Well I drive through Jourdanton everyday for work. Well today I decided that instead of my normal get some delicious tacos and go I would try their French Toast plate.. I don’t know if it was because it was a special but the two eggs were perfectly cooked and the potatoes had a nice crisp with a soft center and the bacon was crisp and tasty.. But the main item was what I was after. I’m not sure if it was the two Texas sized pieces of toast or that it had been grilled just enough or just right, but it could have been the sugary flavor that was sprinkled on top. But this by far had to be the best French toast plate that I’ve ever had. Thanks again👍👍“

“My family & I had bacon,egg, & chesse tacos, sausage & egg tacos, & carne casada with chesse tacos. Food was good. Tacos didn't have a lot of eggs & the tortillas were small. Also didn't realize their breakfast tacos went up. The menu I saw on here said 1.50 but they have updated their menu so I took a picture of the new menu & posted it. Customer service was good though the ladys that work the stand were nice.

“Love the barbacoa. When we are on the road and close to Pleasanton, we stop by. I try my best to drive in atleast once a month from Corpus Christi, just to buy it. Enjoy the corn tortillas also. 4 years of eating here, great place with friendly employees!“
