“I have just spent a very exhausting few minutes at the Sonic in Quitman, TX. Usually, the workers are very good!! The one who helped us today either needs a hearing aid or had other problems. On the speaker I could hear it was very noisy inside. He could not hear us. He finally came out to take the order and it was awful!!! He still couldn't hear us. All I wanted was 3 chicken strips and a Large Vanilla Diet Coke. He didn't/wouldn't understand us. He asked us what size, we told him," just 3 C.S." When he finally understood the 3, he wanted to know if we wanted 3 dinners with 3 strips. We finally got him to understand!!! Then, when I got my order, I was shocked at the price! $8.00 and more! They didn't give us the receipt.Then, I drove away and got a sip of my V. D. Coke and it was warm to the taste and touch!! I took the lid off and there was hardly any ice in it. I was already tired and hot so I came on home. But, I think you needed to know what happened today.

“Alright! This nice man named Anthony on night shift 11-15-2024 was very kind to me and constantly informed me every so often that they were working on making tea. He was even kind enough to talk to me and be a good gentleman. I don't know if it was managers or other employees but they were very rude to him! And I would like it known I did not appreciate it! So if anyone sees this Anthony please tell him Tasha said thank you so much for making the tea and going as far as talking to me and offering if I wanted to order in breakfast. You were very kind after I've had such a long day.“

“Update: It took a little while to reach someone. I got a call from the Mineola manager. She got me the refund for the grinch meal, and she was able to view the footage from that night regarding staff. She assured ke they were getting some more support for the poor manager that was working that night, and addressing the issues with the staff that were creating such havoc for her.
There was soda all over the counters and drink station, along with trash on the counters and floors. We ordered ahead on the app, waited 30 mins in line, then another 15-20 mins in the lobby. There were two male staff members acting foolish in the back, ignoring their managers multiple attempts to correct their behavior. They were out of grinch boxes, and were supposed to refund me. She printed a receipt that supposedly showed the refund, but the meal was still there. I left with only 3 happy meals. Despite telling me the grinch big Mac meal was refunded, it showed I received it on the app. Still have not received a refund. Ive tried calling, no answer, and messaging on the app; also no response. Guess Im just out $12, but I will never go back, and I suggest you choose somewhere else also.

“We ate there, Wed Nov 6th and I witnessed one of your employees help an elderly gentleman out to his ride! This man had dementia and was left to get back to the car his daughter brought him in! His daughter left him alone and your employee went out of her way to help him. Myself and another patron were visibly shaken from the lack of respect his daughter gave, but your employee with a walking cast on her leg made us feel better that this Veteran was helped! A pat on the back goes a long way.“
