“Amazingly delicious katsu in an extraordinary, Asian fusion bowl. Katsu is normally served with finely shredded cabbage, at Bulldog, at least with the deluxe set it’s closer to a chirashi bowl with katsu on top. The crab, seaweed, and clam salads were fantastic and the red bean rice ball was a great addition. I just got back from Asia a month ago and had plenty of katsu there. Honestly, I prefer Bulldogs…great place, just try it. Also excellent value for the price and very friendly staff.“

“This restaurant has really good food by the night I went there they were seriously understaffed. I felt bad for the hostess/waitress/manager because she was very nice, especially for the stress she was under. The veggies (bean sprouts, lettuce, carrot slivers etc.) were super fresh and delicious. The cha gio was perfect and my com thit nuoung was perfectly cooked and flavorful.
I have to go back another time to see what they are like fully staffed.“

“Just had dinner at Mot Hai Ba. This place is hands down one of top culinary experiences I’ve ever had. The quaint but perfect atmosphere, the top notch service from host, staff and waiters, to the creative and flavorful dishes, were all outstanding. Each dish is unique and creative with a fantastic combination of Vietnamese’s savoriness with just the right touch of French influence.
We enjoyed the banh bao (so good!), Vietnamese rice cake, the pork and the garlic noodles. We were complimented the chard tempura. We also had the apple dessert, the perfect sweet ending with just a touch of salt. I only wish I had more room in my stomach for more. Our server Mata was outstanding he gently guided us through this culinary experience with the just the right amount of direction and he knew every detail about the restaurant. He really made the experience that much better.
If you are in the DFW area it is worth getting there from wherever you! Thank you Mot Hai Ba.“

“Food was delicious, a clearly deserved Michelin recommendation.

It was the first time I tried Vietnamese food and it was full of flavor, but nothing risky.

The beverages were also a nice surprise, specially the mocktales.

Highly recommended if you want to eat good food, you are very hungry and want to have a quiet night with a few friends.“

“I’ve been to this restaurant maybe more than 6 times and the food is amazing. I’ve had the Thai dumplings, Thai noodle soup, Thai fried rice, green curry, Tom Kha Soup, and egg rolls. All of the food I’ve tried is amazing. The food is more flavorful here than other Thai restaurants I’ve tried. I try to get different meals. I love the boba milk tea drinks, my favorite is Lavender Milk Tea. The oreo and cookies and brown sugar milk tea is good as well. The owners are kind and the customer service is very good. The restaurant is very appealing and it’s a quiet and easy to talk setting. I’ve recommended some of my friends and family to come here and they love it as much as I do. This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Dallas. I love it. 10 out of 10“

“I had the savory jellied tofu from here. It was the perfect breakfast. It was busy, but service was fast and friendly. There was a line to take my order. Then, I was given a pager to let me know when the food is ready. It's a food stall in ztao food court.“

“We have been wanting to visit this place from a very long time as we have heard/read/seen a lot of positive reviews about this place. We finally managed to be there this time on my wife’s birthday and have to say they really stood upon their reviews. Both of us are very big fans of Chinese cuisine.

Firstly, their chilly oil is their signature and is really excellent with the perfect kick of flavor on your palette. Their speciality - the hand drawn wide noodles were very delicious and flavorful too. This place was comparatively much more affordable. Their dumpling and wontons were good. Another item of special mention would be their dipping sauce for their spring roll.

Overall nice ambience, smooth service and a very positive experience. I would love to be back here soon. However, the distance from my home makes it a bit challenging for me to visit here every week.“

“I am so glad I found this place! It is right around the corner from my mom's house so I now make it a point to get dinner from there when I visit Dallas. They have never made a mistake on my orders, and the food is so good!! The portions are large and the prices are reasonable. “I've been coming to here for at least 2 years now. I loved the extensive menu for the different types of Japanese food available but I'm sorry to see that Carlos Pinto (Carlos Jr) may no longer be offering his special tendon tempura since the menu has changed and there is no more sashimi/salmon/tuna bowls. I recently tried his Tendon Tempura in Pasadena, CA and I was looking forward to having more here in DFW because I remembered his logo and saw him in the kitchen before. I hope he will eventually open his own here :)“

“This is a small but quant corner, you have a variety of stores Tom Thumb being one of them. Then you have numerous eating places like on the border, some kind of Chinese one on the same square as On The Border and many others. Plus you have Chase Bank. You can get in and out from three different sides, coming off of the Dallas Tollway, Parker road or the first street after the Tollway. Makes it convenient and fast to get in and out of there.“

“We try to come here a couple times every month, the owners are so friendly and the sushi is always fresh. They always have gentle and upbeat music playing, and the sushi bar is very cool and creates a nice ambiance. We always grab 4-5 rolls, a spicy edamame, and a couple orders of sake. Have been probably 20 times now, and the experience is always a 10/10.“

“Hands down one of the best bowls of pho I have ever had in front of me. The broth is rich, flavorful, savory, and kind of sweet. DO NOT EVEN GET ME STARTED about the portions. The bowl, I fear, was the size of my big head (kind of). My family usually does not get pho, but they really liked this place. The Banh mi here, guys, please get it. I haven't tried Banh mi from other places, but even my uncle (big fan of Banh mi) loves it here. The Banh Xeo here is really good too! Overall, this place is amazing. Right now, as I am writing this review, I yearn for the food here.“

The ambiance is very Filipino, the food tastes like lutong bahay (non-commercial) and the owners are really hospitable. As in. I specifically loved the dinuguan, cassava cake and biko. Thank you Kuya Romeo & Ate Gigi for the warm welcome (and for the free taste and pabalot).“

“I had their wonton along with some side dishes (seaweed and bean curd). Also bought some beef patties and baos. If you spend more than $10, you get free soy milk and soup, which are self serve. The soy milk and hot and sour soup were delicious. Their sweet baos and soy milk do not come with added sugar, so everything is in very neutral state; you have to add it yourself. They have a big menu with lots of choices, so I can’t wait to try other dishes. They are northern Chinese and speak a certain way that may come off as rude, but it’s just the way they speak. With that cultural understanding, we had no issues. This is a food stall at ztao food court. They give you a pager for when the food is ready. You can sit anywhere, and there are trash cans to return food tray when finished.“
