“Blockhouse is not just any coffee shop, it is a hidden gem that takes you into a community of the most wonderful people who care about quality, craftsmanship, and coffee! They have space for kiddos to hang and for small businesses to showcase their best goodies-aka sour dough bread, candles, etc! Outside in back, there is a playground area with swings and a slide and a little library for kiddos. Picnic tables are under the most serene oak trees that create a canopy of shade and allow you to breathe out. their vanilla lattes = the best“

“This coffee cafe is one of our favorites hands down! The variety of coffees that they offer is hard to come by! We love the Pistachio and Mayan Mocha!! The line is never too long, and they have seating areas for 1 or larger groups. It's quiet enough to study, and the offer games and books in the book area straight back.

We haven't indulged in the pastries, but they do offer them here.

Closed on Sunday when the cravings hit most, but everyone needs some time off so that's ok too!“

“Wanted to lock in to study for an exam at a cafe and this turned out to be the perfect spot. Staff was super nice and gave me suggestions when I told them it’s my first time. They have a number of outlets and a good amount of seating to be productive with friends or by yourself! Lastly, the coffee was AMAZING (I got the Vietnamese Iced Coffee, highly recommend)!“

“Decided to give this place a try due to the unique presentation “tulip” style cone. We were disappointed to find out that they were waiting on some shipment so all we could get was gelato the normal style in a cone. We got hazelnut and salter caramel. Both flavors were good; salted caramel was very sweet for our liking though. Also got mocha coffee which tasted decent. I would have preferred to get coffee in a proper coffee cup with some coffee art etc but it was handed in a to go coffee cup so kinda bummed about that. Our server Ariyana was beyond amazing and always had a smile on her face and provided excellent service. All in all the reason we visited this place wasnt accomplished so considering the amount of dessert places out there to try, not sure if we will be back. Seating area is nice with mostly high tables and all so wouldnt consider it a place for a long hangout.“

“After a long perilous search for breakfast I found maple street biscuit company. And the options this establishment were offering truly mighty. I was ordering breakfast items you've never heard of on biscuits you can't comprehend. This nourishment gave me more than energy. It gave me direction in life.
They were out of half & half at the time. 4 stars“

“Cheap prices are what I care about the most as a customer and they got em! There's also an expected level politeness and a willingness to assist customers, and as well, all of the workers were professional, had a good amount of knowledge and seemed to possess the proper skills to do their various jobs. I've never seen management help with bags, but we needed help and they went the extra mile!?“
