“The food was great, but I could smell the fabuloso from the parking lot. It was very strong and burned my eyes for a bit but once I got used to it I didn’t mind. There were some roaches in the ceiling, but the staff was trained in killing them. The food was worth it, so I would go back but to one of their newer locations. I think Mrs. AKA was there and she was nice.“

“Have to say the service at this place was over and above...WOW. We were there about an hr, and the waiters hit our table over 15+ times.. great job, ladies!!!The food was great also. We loved it. It's been a while since i had a good sausage and bacon on a plate..yum. Plate size and tacos are perfect for the prices.“

“Yummy! We had the small combo, which included 5 tacos, a baked potato with cheese and sour cream, and Charo beans. The food is NOT Tex Mex! The flour tortillas looked freshly made and were not gummy. A side of chopped onions and cilantro was brought for the tacos. Definitely worth doing again!“

“After hundreds of orders I can honestly vouch that the Food is always delicious! The staff is friendly, food comes promptly, and they're always open at the perfect hour. I almost they were open 24/7 or just a little later for those late night munchies. Highly recommended. Oh wait, I forgot to mention the beans, omg the beans are soo good!“

“The place is a little hard to find so we just got lucky while driving around looking for an open restaurant since quite a few didn't open until 10. The menu is a little limited but the atmosphere felt nice to make up for it, cozy and friendly. The food was pretty good and the breakfast tacos were great. Good size and for a good price, where most gas stations would have charged more for a similar taco. This place goes easy on the wallet, as we bought two main dishes and a breakfast taco on the side and it was just 20 dollars for all of it and we left pretty satisfied. The service could be a little bit better as the waitress only showed up twice, one to get the order and another to deliver the drinks and food, but nothing too bad about it as if you did need something you could just get their attention. Overall good place, I would recommend.“

“The food here is amazing. You can’t go wrong with your choice. My favorite is the Sombrero Loco, but you better have a large appetite because it’s a huge serving of food. Defiant not for the weak. Roxy and her staff pour their heart and soul in the food and that’s the missing ingredient in many local restaurants. You’ll live the atmosphere, the people and most of all the food!“

“We ordered a hamburger which the bottom bun of the burger was soggy but it was ok, red tacos were delicious they came with beans and rice but the beans were salty, and the brisket tacos they were excellent. The lady is very nice and sweet but she takes a long while to get the order done, but I don't blame her it looks like she's the only one doing everything, if your behind someone you'll have to wait for a long while for her to finish their order, and then yours, so it'd be best to call in and order in advance.“

“This place is authentic! We couldn't have been happier to eat here. I had the hamburger and requested to have beans added, and they did it for me. The salsa was good and there were plenty of limones. The service was perfect, and so was the atmosphere. Next time we visit Rio Grande, we'll make sure to stop by and eat here again. We had no problem finding a parking spot and the restaurant was clean.“

“I always have a great time at this location! Delicious food (the ceviche especially) and refreshing drink choices. Very much a family setting and great place to celebrate birthdays. The only thing is one of the employees hogs the karaoke machine. (Unprofessional) Other than that I HIGHLY recommend!“

“The garlic mojo shrimp had a strange, sweet taste, I don't recommend them. The garlic is not fresh, it tasted like store bought in oil. The dish was very well served. But the wait was more than half an hour from order to food arriving.“

“I’ve walked by this place so many times and finally decided to stop today. I’m so glad I did! The chicken was amazing, the mashed potatoes were super good, and the rice was perfect. Everything tasted aaammmzzzingggg !!!! , and the prices were really good too. It’s so close to my office, I’ll probably be coming here every day now. Lol.“

“I ordered several things, one of them grilled, they served it to me in a fon/cork, even though I was eating at a table, so you can imagine the size of the portion; like the large space of the fon, much less than a plate. A few small pieces of different meats, and it cost 17 dollars.“
