“The food is great. Really really great. The service is impeccable. (Shout out to Letty and Robert) You should go, and spend money, and tip well. These people are killing it. This should continue to be a treasured Ft. Worth Institution. Please take my money, and maybe please put the crawfish etouffee back on the menu?“
“On my trip from California I was looking for a great place to eat and relax. I'm SO glad I found this place! The perfectly seasoned burger and fries and the kind demeanor of Kat, my waitress, really made eating here special. Highly reccomend.“
“What can I say about this place? The food was so good I wanted to slap some body. The people or nice. I'm not from Fort Worth but if I was this would be a weekly spot for me to eat. And you might think the price is high but you will not finish your meal In one sitting. So I ate some at lunch and took the rest back to the hotel for dinner later and I still didn't finish it. Go by and check this place out it is really good.Parking: It's a parking lot with lots of spaces what more can I say.Kid-friendliness: I walked in and young kids were sitting enjoying their turkey legs.“
“Adam was our server. He was awesome. Attentive. Timely. Informative. We went for brunch on Saturday morning. Two people split everything.Drinks:Mimosa and Bloody Mary.... I didn't prefer the Bloody Mary it had a strong pickle flavor. We realized it was a better deal to buy a bottle of champagne for $46 than it was to buy $11 mimosas.Food:Biscuits 100% recommend everyone to get them.Pimento Cheese was served with a delicious bread.Fried Chicken (split between two bc it is 3 big boneless chicken thighs) was delicious. The honey sauce and the kale and apple salad are amazing.Crispy Brussel Sprouts is big enough for two servings each.Grits: was very disappointed... it was basically creamed corn. I expected much better from a southern restaurant. Especially since everything else was so good.We will ? be back.“
“This place is the best. I've tried plenty of hot chicken all over the place. At some places the seasoning isn't the best, some places the chicken isn't the best, and some places the sauce isn't the best. Not here. It is great across the board. Never had a bad experience when dining here.“
“This seems to be a meeting place for friends. I saw several tables of 2 or more gentlemen enjoying coffee & breakfast together. There was another table of several family members. I noted the staff was familiar with what some of the patrons ordered on a regular basis & stopped & chatted for a bit. The food was good (the biscuits were soft all around, not hard on the bottom like some). I ordered scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns & a biscuit & gravy. The dining room appeared clean. Prices are reasonable. Would recommend.“
“Oh My Smothering Biscuits, this place is amazing! The chicken salad is the best you’ll ever have, the fries and potatoes are perfect, the Bangin’ Burrito is on point, the desserts are delicious, and I’m sure anything else I haven’t tried is phenomenal as well! Chef Katrina is the best!“
“OMG! I love this place! Amanda is the greatest, she just makes everyone feel welcome! And all the staff are super friendly. The food is phenomenal and I didn't l like chicken salad before trying it here! I literally haven't tried anything here that I didn't like! ?“
“The food was wonderful, the margaritas were tasty, but the service by Evan was outstanding. He had excellent recommendations, was very knowledgeable about the food (specially the Trout Dip - 10/10 recommend!!) and was so friendly. If we could take Evan on the road with us this whole trip through Fort Worth to be our server we would. I can’t wait to come back soon!“
“I’m familiar with this place from one of their previous locations in Nashville well over 10 years ago, i was excited to see it here in DFW, it had been over 10 years since i got to taste it again, and it didn’t disappoint. It tasted exactly like I remembered from Nashville, The chicken is uniquely fried, blended with a great mix of spices for great flavors and a little heat. This is a good definition of southern comfort food. Their sweet tea, and Cole slaw are great! Worth a visit, it was a great mom and pop atmosphere, and the service is very friendly.“
“Michael's is the place to go on Tuesday nights for their famous Prime Rib. We'd heard a lot about it and finally got our chance to enjoy a wonderful evening here. The service was great. Our server knew all about the menu and was very helpful in answering questions. I asked for an end cut of prime rib. I really like the crispy outside, and although its usually a little more toward the medium well side, it was delicious. My hubby ordered a 12 ounce portion, medium to medium rare. It arrived perfectlycooked and nestled on a bed of the best mashed potatoes around. The gravy was hot and flavorful as well. We'll be back soon to try more of the menu items. I know we can't go wrong!“
“I have lived in the deep south and have been in search of great catfish for years, look no further Belzoni's not only delivers they exceeded all expectations. The catfish is moist, battered perfectly, not greasy, and delivered hot. The sides especially the turnip greens have such an amazing flavor and prepared without any bacon fat. This is a must place to dine.“
“Not sure what's going on with the hours of operation but, the website is showing business is open. Drove all the way from Saginaw, TX. Pulled in the VACANT parking lot just to see a small hand written note stating business will be closed until January 23rd. I visited the restaurant just before Christmas and the hostess told me and other customers they would be back in full operation on January 16th. Keep in mind if you decide to eat here and you don't have any issues burning your gas driving, you may want to call ahead and that's only if they answer the phone. Food quality is very good. I will give them that.Parking: Parking lot is only big enough for 3-4 cars max . very dangerous parking out on the curbside.“
“Shoutout to the staff who helped me book my birthday party here last minute on 3/30. The patio with the fountain was such a great atmosphere and perfect for pictures! Our server was great. Helped us with the birthday cake etc. Thanks 97 West!Vegetarian options: Fried green tomatoes and salad offerings available.“
“Lots of chicken in the half chicken platter. Chicken is hot when received and seasoned well. Mac and cheese was fine. Okra was solid. Banana pudding was okay but a little heavy. Looking forward to trying out the sandwiches next time.Parking: Parking lot is shared with multiple businesses.“
“I didn't get any pics bc we drove from midland and were absolutely starving by the time we got our food! We just left the doctor and used yelp to find something close by. It was such a good suggestion! The menu is on a tablet on the other side of the counter by the restrooms but it's easy to use! The manager was so awesome and helpful! I got the double chicken sandwich and it was fresh and so delicious! The Mac and cheese was amazing and the pickles are soo good! The cucumber jalapeño lemonade was the perfect addition to it. For dessert we got the banana pudding and that was the perfect sweetness to finish the meal! I would definitely recommend coming here again! Fresh food and great service!“
“Smiling faces great food. When I asked for more lemons, it was given without any hesitation. They were out of ice at the machine but made sure they got some for customers at the back. The store was clean, a nice atmosphere.Parking: Available parking. Handicap parking available.Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere for children and family.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible seating“
“Affordable place to get some food and drinks in downtown Fort Worth. Wings are phenomenal, the drink pours for old fashioneds were larger than other places and the service was friendly. Also had football on so we could watch the MNF game while there.“
“1st time to try this place. Sorry, but we were so hungry I forgot to take pictures of our food. Only managed to get menu. You won't be disappointed. I tried the basic chicken salad sandwich and really enjoyed it. Will definitely try the other varieties as well.“
“This was our 2nd business meeting at Cast Iron for breakfast. Amber and her team are very welcoming and attentive. This was absolutely a wonderful place and everything from the service to the food was exemplary. Thank you everyone at Cast Iron!“
“Was in there to celebrate my sister's birthday and was blessed by Chris and his amazing and above and beyond perfect service with a smile and our food was cooked to absolute perfection truly loved the steaks apps and those cold and refreshing flavored teas I had the strawberry tea I highly recommend this amazing place to everyone keep up the amazing work everyone.Parking: Handicap spots are amazingly close to the main entrance and quite plentiful.Kid-friendliness: I observed the staff being very respectful and helpful to both children and their parents with compassion and understandingWheelchair accessibility: As a disabled person it was very easy to enter through the main entrance and navigate the restaurant in it's entirety and bathrooms accommodate wheelchairs walkers and canes quite well“
“OK, I don’t usually give fives on my ratings and my real reason for going to this place was just for the dessert but the service was great. The atmosphere was wonderful. The main course was great. I just had a Diet Coke and my meal, but the dessert was fantastic. My drink was never empty, which is a big plus. Lake Worth has a lot of restaurants, but I’m glad I took time out of my day to go here for lunch.Parking: They have plenty of parking in the parking lot, Well at least at lunchtime they did it might be different at dinner time.“
“Mia was our waitress for my family and my son was being extra mischievous today. Mia was so sweet, so patient and made sure we had all we needed for our table. She was also kind enough to allow my daughter to take a pic with her because my daughter loved her name. We'll be back and we'll ask for Mia!“
“Allyson was an awesome server! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy, comfortable with some great music. We were greeted with enthusiasm and told goodbye as leaving. All around great experience and truly appreciated in today's world.“
“We recently stopped in for a late lunch at Cotton Patch Café in Watauga. Service was fast and friendly. The chicken fried steak and sides were the best I’ve had anywhere in quite some time! Definitely worth going back to Watagua for another visit . Our servers, Matt and Brandon, made it a thoroughly pleasant experience. They recommended the large size meal, and we enjoyed the leftovers tonight… almost as much as being there.“
“Such a great experience, both times we came we were so well cared for by our servers. Jennifer, in particular, took the time to actually talk to my little ones and ask them what they would like and make them smile. She even made a point to come and say goodbye on our way out. She made each one of us feel welcomed and cared about while we were there. Not like we were just another customer to take. Next time we are in town, we will be back, and we hope to get Jennifer again!“
“Great food, service, great local town cafe. Very busy on the weekends but we are able to get in and out very quickly. Ordered The Scrambler, it was delicious anecdotes plenty of food for a great price. Definitely would recommend for people to go and have some great homemade breakfast.“
