“I can’t speak to the food. I only get coffee here. It is delicious. Book Club Cafe is great place to have a wind-down-cuppa. Quite and spacious yet somehow intimate. They roast the beans themselves. They do a great job. They make their own syrups themselves in house.
House coffee is very satisfying. For an extra 20p it’s bottomless so you can sit and drink all day … or until you go into a caffeinated coma.

I like the bourbon front taste on the BENNY. I’ve only ever had it hot. It’s great.

“Love this place and every time we have gone the food and service has been amazing, except yesterday. Our server was rude, and didn’t seem like she wanted to wait on our table, she was dismissive, never checked on us, and randomly slammed the check when we weren’t even half way through our meal. Jayda was friendly to all her other tables except ours.“

“This place represents the quintessential neighborhood donut shop. Kind, hardworking owner. Great donuts. Small town aesthetic. Cheap prices. She had a line to the door before and after I arrived and left today and Mia, working by herself, had a big authentic smile on the entire time. She’s been doing this here for decades. Doesn’t get better than this.“

“In this economy, this is the place to go. By far the best priced meals you can find. Not a huge selection of stuff but that’s no big deal. Delicious food and great portions. Little to no wait time to get a table.
Servers may be all over the place but get off your high horse and call one over.“

“We came in for some jelly for an event and we were pleasantly surprised by all of the wonderful things for sale. We will definitely be back to have a meal and buy more goodies.“
