We'd pick up frozen pulled pork in Tennessee and bring it back to Texas as a treat. Nothing to compare until our first visit to The Purple Pig in June. Meets and exceeds our high standards to perfection. Don't miss this delightful experience. There are many things that makes the pulled pork extraordinary. Quality. Pecan smoked, not common to Texas. “Went there with some of our business associates for lunch. The service was great, the food was AMAZING. The restaurant was packed because it was lunch time, but we never felt like we were waiting on anything. Drinks were always full, food came out reasonably quick, and everyone was pleased. The chips and hot sauce were really good too!!! I’m not sure how they’re making their chips, but they tasted FRESH!! We will definitely be going back.“
