“Everything was AMAZING! It was our first time here and we were welcomed with "Oyster nachos" and a few soups to try out. All of the items were so delicious. My wife's recommendation is the "Lobster Bisque", and mine is the "Gumbo". Our waitress Amal, was amazing, funny, and very professional. Highly recommend this place if you want great seafood at an amazing price.“
“I visited because Bayseas Catfish House was said to have the best southern fried catfish in San Antonio. The restaurant was empty of customers during my visit. I ordered the fried catfish. It was delicious. And the service I received was Great.“
“I just had a plate last night and I’m looking to see when would be the next time. The best fish and chips I’ve had in my life!!! And I love fish and chips and have had them a few times in different places. The crust is crunchy and delicate and the fish melts, it’s so tender. Same for the fries. I was shocked and couldn’t figure out how you get fries like that because no else does them.“
“Single worker today busting out hot and great food. He was excellent to everyone and made sure we were happy with our meals. Fish, shrimp, fries, and bread were amazingly good. I haven't been into the store in nearly 40 years and it is better than I remembered.“
“Everything was great. However we were a bit let down as one of our favorite options the beet smoked salmon was out of stock. We needed to order alternatives that were not our first choice. Recommend a sign or something on the menu to indicate what's out of stock before ordering.“

“Fish was delicious and crunchy. Very Friendly Staff and price was awesome. We got 12 PC fish with fries, bread and tartar sauce for $34. Also 3 piece chicken with fries and sweet tea for $5.25. Yummy and we will go back. Tea was just the way I like it, sweet.“
“We came here late night to have some drinks! The staff (bartender) was super nice and ready to serve us. He recommended us some great drinks that were pretty cheap too! The vibe was pretty chill, they have lots of tvs too in case you want to watch the football game.We came here for breakfast the next day, the server was very quick and the food was really good and tasted fresh. The vibe is the same in the morning, fairly quiet and chill. It's inside of the Riverwalk Plaza which makes it is to eat and drink if you don't wanna walk or drive around.“
“Just like elder eats, one of the iconic spots in south San antonio. I have totally forgot about this place. A staple of tradition in quality, hot food made to order and cold drinks ( sodas) that is. Simple item menu and very very reasonable on prices and variety of food selections to choose from. You can dine in or take out which majority of its customers do or even drive thru.“
“We decided to go to Baysea’s Seafood by Looking At The description and picture in these reviews. we were pleasantly surprised to find a well prepared dish of fish fry and gumbo.My husband loved the gumbo, which is his favorite dish.The plates were hearty although They use disposable plates. The restaurant atmosphere was nice, quiet spacious, clean and friendly. The service was prompt and attentive. It seems that the place serves the purpose of to go food, and we saw high traffic in that.This restaurant is outside our convenience, access to restaurants, but we took advantage that were passing that neighborhood.The prices are very reasonable, and definitely, I would come back more often if it was closer to my area.Comment: in my opinion, the coleslaw could have a fresher look. Also, the look outside the restaurant needs refreshing so that it looks more appealing.“
“Food is good and fresh! I love the Oysters on the half shell and their Oysters Rockefeller. The Salmon is always perfectly cooked! Drinks are great and hubby says the beer is nice and cold! Sitting outside or at the bar is our favorite place to sit. Nice place to visit if you haven't been by give em a try. Their service is good and you can't beat the Mimosa priced at $4.00.“
