“Food is usually pretty good, we usually get the Wendy's double meat. So we tried the breakfast and the prices are fair, but very plain and oily, no ketchup, salt, nor pepper. “The food is always good and if you want it made fresh they do it. Not all employees are happy to, but it gets done. They also are good at remembering if I need to go back for something because they were out the first time

“Haven’t been to Wendy’s in a long time but after passing this particular location and see absolutely no business we decided to stop in and pick up dinner. The guy at the drive thru (Jared was his name) was great! Took our order and had amazing customer service. “Come here a lot since it's close to where I live. They don't do too terrible compared to other Wendy's in the area. Basic Wendy's, not too bad.
Today, i ordered something new, other than my standard spicy chicken sandwich; I got some spicy honey BBQ saucy wings. Wasn't very impressed. The nugs seemed a little old (over cooked and have sat out a while) while lightly covered in a sauce. They were a little soggy in the areas the sauce was coating the nuggie, so I'm not sure if they just sit there. Either way, I don't get the hype. Next time, I'll just order regular nuggies with a side of fresh sauce.“

“I don't go to Wendy's because of the Chick Fil A right next door, but I will start to come more often. Pulled up at 1030pm after a long shift at work and the tall gentleman with glasses at the window was extremely professional with exceptional customer service. He had a couple of car in the drive thru already but as soon as I pulled up, I was immediately greeted and asked politely to give him a moment as he helped the other guests. This communication, for me, is vital for any guest interaction. It tells me that my time is valued and they are trying their best to give the best service. I didn't wait more than a minute or two and then was regreeted and he talked me through different options with the selection I had chosen. He wasn't rushing me or seem impatient at all. If he had asked me specifically for ANY item, I would have been upsold immediately just because of his friendly attitude! At the window, he repeated my order and continued the same welcoming demeanor as before. My food took less than a few minutes and he wished me a Happy New Year! As a leader in a business, I make it a habit to notice talent for guest services and make it a point to recognize it. I apologize for not getting your name but, Bravo! My 6year old daughter and I enjoyed our experience with you and I thank you for being kind to her and reaffirming her point of "having good manners to everyone we meet." I will be back.“
“It was a long and cold walk when I decided to pop in to this Wendy's to grab a quick bite, hydrate and try out there app. It was late and I was expecting the dining room to be closed....open until midnight!!!! I was able to charge my phone as there were plenty of wall outlets with dual USB chargers included. Crew made me feel at home and even allowed me to try the new limited edition Salted Caramel Frosty:)

“I love Wendy’s, it’s one of my favorite fast food places; it’s good, affordable, and has a nice variety. I love it!
However I came in today with the Wendy’s app, I haven’t used it before so I was unsure how to redeem offers and rewards. I pulled up an offer for a “free any size fry with $5+ purchase” and had the barcode up but the lady didn’t tell me that the offer was taken.
I believed I informed I was trying to redeem the offer but I could be mistaken, I wouldn’t see why she wouldn’t tell me sooner. Anyways I got my food and saw that there was no extra fry (she didn’t ask me for a size, that should’ve been the first indication lol) and I informed her and some other workers about it. The lady said she just scanned for the points, and I was like “Oh okay never mind then.” I didn’t want to make a big fuss about it in store (high key making a big fuss of it here lol)
Anyways even though I really only came because of the sweet offers I saw on the app.
All in all it’s a fast food restaurant so what do you expect? Much better than McDonald’s that’s for sure, and the Wendy’s social media admins are always funny.
Still it’s a nice restaurant to dine in at, it was nice and clean. The food was hot and good, and now I know for next time to make sure the offer is taken instead of staying silent.
8/10 will probably be back again this week for another work lunch.
TLDR: It doesn’t hurt to make sure.
