We LOVE this location!! The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. Staff is friendly and SO speedy! I went inside today for the first time because during the speedy service we forgot to get straws and holy crap this place is CLEAN inside. Whomever runs this location is phenomenal! Great job! And I hope you're just as amazing to your staff as they are to customers. ☺️ We drive out of our way just to come to this location. THE BEST!“

“Came through the drive through and was sent off and didn’t realize I was missing a wrap and burger till I was home. I then call the store find out the employee didn’t listen and sent us out with the wrong order because she couldn’t listen. Came back spoke to a young woman at the register with a septum piercing who was very kind and handled the situation exactly how I was trained to when I worked at Wendy’s sent me on my way and I was just about to head out the door while checking the bag and found I was missing nuggets now. The employee? The same one who didn’t listen the first time and sent me out with the wrong order. One of those “I remember my first day” situations but it’s like Groundhog Day. I’d like to say thank you to the woman at the register as she was very kind and very willing to fix the order. I’d like to say the employee who not only almost sent me with a wrong/incomplete order once but twice needs to rewatch the training videos, learn to listen more, and be more attentive. Thank you to whoever the manager was on duty and to the woman running the register.“

“Eat her often. Food is always on point as is the service. Restaurant is clean and staff is friendly. I generally get a salad, the apple pecan is my go to. The price is a bit high for lettuce, in addition to the container the salad comes in has shrank, but the price didn't.“
“Just picked up my order ahead order to bring lunch to my fiance. Store was empty,looked pretty clean, order was ready except for my drink. Had to walk further to my location so food was not too warm. But order was correct, and filled our bellies right.“
“Must be under new management. It didnt feel as ghetto as usual. I came in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised it was nice and cool in there. It was clean and the music choice was very nice. Like old school 1940s broadway music. The apple pecan salad was on point and the chili was hot! The young girl at the register was very nice as well.“

“One of the nicest Wendy's I've been to. It is clean and the people are sooo nice. As always the chili is the best and their spicy chicken nuggets are good for a fast food chain. Don't forget the frosty for desert. Have that swirled with caramel and it's a treat worth feeling guilty about“

“Haven’t been to Wendy’s in a long time but after passing this particular location and see absolutely no business we decided to stop in and pick up dinner. The guy at the drive thru (Jared was his name) was great! Took our order and had amazing customer service. Our food came out quick and fresh and our order was 100% correct with our requested sauces and all. Happy we stopped in tonight the food was delicious. Will definitely come back.“
“Have not eaten at Wendy's since the 90s. I was pleasantly surprised. Burger and fries were hot. Restaurant was clean and the young lady that took our order was friendly. Price for our meal was in line with other burger restaurants.“
“**Update: After leaving a rather dark survey, I was called by the manager and was told that she was sorry for the issues i ran into and offered to try to make it right next time i was by and expained the manager was new and didnt know his full scooe of authority when it comes to compensation for missing items. Can't say it's 100 better but a meaningful apology means alot to me.
After putting my order in 10 minutes prior to arrival. I was told they didn't have baked potatoes and offered a chili (which I already was getting and asked if I could get a Jr bacon instead) not a baconator, a JrBC. They said no and I needed to apply for a refund in the app. Which doesn't have an option for that because the live chat doesn't work. And the hotline is only m-f. Listen, managers out there. Don't earn a free scathing review for being a jerk on tip of being slow. It's really not worth it for such a simple request.“
“It was a long and cold walk when I decided to pop in to this Wendy's to grab a quick bite, hydrate and try out there app. It was late and I was expecting the dining room to be closed....open until midnight!!!! I was able to charge my phone as there were plenty of wall outlets with dual USB chargers included. Crew made me feel at home and even allowed me to try the new limited edition Salted Caramel Frosty:)

“My siblings and I went to Wendy's, we were having problems on what to order since we haven't been their for years, so the manager gave us time, While we were thinking all employees their kept asking us if they could help us but we kept telling them That we needed more time. ( That is an indicator that they put customers first and great costumer service) Once we were ready to order the manager was so patient with us since we were so indecisive. Not only that But also they answered all of our questions. I even asked about the kids meal ( if they had like a happy meal ) and the manager said yes. She was extremely kind. I wish I would have asked the name of that manager. As for the food, 🤤 delicious, very delicious only detail is that I wished the fries were Hot hot, Other than that , the food was amazing 😍.“
“Stopped at Wendy’s today and the drive-thru rep made me feel like I had just pulled up to grandma’s kitchen window. She had that sweet, “make sure you eat, baby” kind of energy, and honestly, I was ready to adopt her on the spot.
The food? Fresh, hot, and exactly what you want when you’ve convinced yourself you’re only getting a salad but leave with fries in the bag too. Everything came out fast, but with that extra care that made it feel like someone was looking out for me.

“I don't go to Wendy's because of the Chick Fil A right next door, but I will start to come more often. Pulled up at 1030pm after a long shift at work and the tall gentleman with glasses at the window was extremely professional with exceptional customer service. He had a couple of car in the drive thru already but as soon as I pulled up, I was immediately greeted and asked politely to give him a moment as he helped the other guests. This communication, for me, is vital for any guest interaction. It tells me that my time is valued and they are trying their best to give the best service. I didn't wait more than a minute or two and then was regreeted and he talked me through different options with the selection I had chosen. He wasn't rushing me or seem impatient at all. If he had asked me specifically for ANY item, I would have been upsold immediately just because of his friendly attitude! At the window, he repeated my order and continued the same welcoming demeanor as before. My food took less than a few minutes and he wished me a Happy New Year! As a leader in a business, I make it a habit to notice talent for guest services and make it a point to recognize it. I apologize for not getting your name but, Bravo! My 6year old daughter and I enjoyed our experience with you and I thank you for being kind to her and reaffirming her point of "having good manners to everyone we meet." I will be back.“
