We LOVE this location!! The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. Staff is friendly and SO speedy! I went inside today for the first time because during the speedy service we forgot to get straws and holy crap this place is CLEAN inside. Whomever runs this location is phenomenal! Great job! And I hope you're just as amazing to your staff as they are to customers. ☺️ We drive out of our way just to come to this location. THE BEST!“
“At the time of my visit the store was clean and welcoming. The attention of the staff surpassed my expectations. Lately fast food has been about get the food out and that's it. This staff during my visit was a pleasant change to other fast food services. I was impressed.“
“Came through the drive through and was sent off and didn’t realize I was missing a wrap and burger till I was home. I then call the store find out the employee didn’t listen and sent us out with the wrong order because she couldn’t listen. Came back spoke to a young woman at the register with a septum piercing who was very kind and handled the situation exactly how I was trained to when I worked at Wendy’s sent me on my way and I was just about to head out the door while checking the bag and found I was missing nuggets now. The employee? The same one who didn’t listen the first time and sent me out with the wrong order. One of those “I remember my first day” situations but it’s like Groundhog Day. I’d like to say thank you to the woman at the register as she was very kind and very willing to fix the order. I’d like to say the employee who not only almost sent me with a wrong/incomplete order once but twice needs to rewatch the training videos, learn to listen more, and be more attentive. Thank you to whoever the manager was on duty and to the woman running the register.“
“This place has a lot of distinguished characteristics for Wendy's,
Principally the fact that it's 24 hours.
We drove out of our way for the reputation of great service and hot food which is not as consistent as it should be at its sister's stores.
My main disappointment was the simple fact that to expedite a large order they bagged for their own convenience.
So imagine sorting out 6 biggie bags with different sandwiches for six different people.
it was a nightmare and the food wound up cold despite our efforts.
Last but not least.
if you have a large order with frosties why would you prepare the frosties first?
They sit up in wait for the food thereby melting in the process.
SMH 😒
Maybe it'll be better next time.

“My husband and I came in here for lunch after his doctors appointment and the guy who cashed us out was super nice and chill.
They got us our food super quick and it was fresh.

“Pleasantly surprised by the breakfast sausage burrito, and glad they opened up the full fountain drink options. I'm a ginger ale person but also like all the different flavor options so it's nice to change it up a bit. Seasoned fries are good and really into the French toast sticks“
“Must be under new management. It didnt feel as ghetto as usual. I came in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised it was nice and cool in there. It was clean and the music choice was very nice. “The food is always good and if you want it made fresh they do it. Not all employees are happy to, but it gets done. They also are good at remembering if I need to go back for something because they were out the first time

“My siblings and I went to Wendy's, we were having problems on what to order since we haven't been their for years, so the manager gave us time, While we were thinking all employees their kept asking us if they could help us but we kept telling them That we needed more time. “**Update: After leaving a rather dark survey, I was called by the manager and was told that she was sorry for the issues i ran into and offered to try to make it right next time i was by and expained the manager was new and didnt know his full scooe of authority when it comes to compensation for missing items. Can't say it's 100 better but a meaningful apology means alot to me.
After putting my order in 10 minutes prior to arrival. I was told they didn't have baked potatoes and offered a chili (which I already was getting and asked if I could get a Jr bacon instead) not a baconator, a JrBC. They said no and I needed to apply for a refund in the app. Which doesn't have an option for that because the live chat doesn't work. And the hotline is only m-f. Listen, managers out there. Don't earn a free scathing review for being a jerk on tip of being slow. It's really not worth it for such a simple request.“

“It was a long and cold walk when I decided to pop in to this Wendy's to grab a quick bite, hydrate and try out there app. It was late and I was expecting the dining room to be closed....open until midnight!!!! I was able to charge my phone as there were plenty of wall outlets with dual USB chargers included. Crew made me feel at home and even allowed me to try the new limited edition Salted Caramel Frosty:)

“I don't go to Wendy's because of the Chick Fil A right next door, but I will start to come more often. Pulled up at 1030pm after a long shift at work and the tall gentleman with glasses at the window was extremely professional with exceptional customer service. He had a couple of car in the drive thru already but as soon as I pulled up, I was immediately greeted and asked politely to give him a moment as he helped the other guests. This communication, for me, is vital for any guest interaction. It tells me that my time is valued and they are trying their best to give the best service. I didn't wait more than a minute or two and then was regreeted and he talked me through different options with the selection I had chosen. He wasn't rushing me or seem impatient at all. If he had asked me specifically for ANY item, I would have been upsold immediately just because of his friendly attitude! At the window, he repeated my order and continued the same welcoming demeanor as before. My food took less than a few minutes and he wished me a Happy New Year! As a leader in a business, I make it a habit to notice talent for guest services and make it a point to recognize it. I apologize for not getting your name but, Bravo! My 6year old daughter and I enjoyed our experience with you and I thank you for being kind to her and reaffirming her point of "having good manners to everyone we meet." I will be back.“
“I love Wendy’s, it’s one of my favorite fast food places; it’s good, affordable, and has a nice variety. I love it!
However I came in today with the Wendy’s app, I haven’t used it before so I was unsure how to redeem offers and rewards. I pulled up an offer for a “free any size fry with $5+ purchase” and had the barcode up but the lady didn’t tell me that the offer was taken.
I believed I informed I was trying to redeem the offer but I could be mistaken, I wouldn’t see why she wouldn’t tell me sooner. Anyways I got my food and saw that there was no extra fry (she didn’t ask me for a size, that should’ve been the first indication lol) and I informed her and some other workers about it. The lady said she just scanned for the points, and I was like “Oh okay never mind then.” I didn’t want to make a big fuss about it in store (high key making a big fuss of it here lol)
Anyways even though I really only came because of the sweet offers I saw on the app.
All in all it’s a fast food restaurant so what do you expect? Much better than McDonald’s that’s for sure, and the Wendy’s social media admins are always funny.
Still it’s a nice restaurant to dine in at, it was nice and clean. The food was hot and good, and now I know for next time to make sure the offer is taken instead of staying silent.
8/10 will probably be back again this week for another work lunch.
