“Shrimp and oysters were severely under cooked, almost raw. We have been going to this restaurant for years and it was always great but will not go back! We told the cashier and she was not receptive, just took our money. There didn't seem to be a manager or owner available for us to talk to. We will not be back and will certainly spread this news!“

The chef is clearly passionate about their craft; every dish was a work of art and packed with flavor. From start to finish, the food was absolutely delicious. “I have seen four bad reviews.I think they must be talking about another place.We started going there a little over two years ago.We eat there at least once a week,sometimes twice and not on ce was there a bad meal.They have had a little trouble with Chefs as the one who had been there a long time,who.drove from Galveston every daY, left early this year He was great.The other Chef who came was ok but not successful and did not last long and I do not know if they have another permanent Chef or if the Chef's assistants are doing it at the moment.Whatever the food is always good and plenty and they have 22 beers on drought and offers on drin ks and food every day.Food is served until 10pm every night except Fri and SaT when it is 11pm aNd they are open until midnight every day except Fri and SsturdaY when it is 1am.The staff are great and the Customers are great. We have made at least 20good friends and I mean Good friends who are now close friends ,since going there.If you want grest food,great.drinks,meet nice people,this is the place.I always saY there is always an ear that will.listen and someone to laugh with.I do not understand the bad reviews of whic h I saw only four going bac to20 21.This is NOT this place.“

“Amanda is the greatest server ever!!! Super sweet super nice!!! Melanie and Lauren helped her out bc of our big order that they had no problem taking care of. The owner Kent also very generous and created a great experience for us. About 20 of us got there had a great time ate our food in the span of 20 minutes. Great timely service will be coming back here anytime we’re all in town again!!!“

“EVERYTHING is fantastic here! My parents were married in 1963 in Freeport. They honeymooned in Galveston. They drove through Alvin and stopped at Dairyland on the way. Since they were teenagers they drank Cherry Dr Pepper and they said Dairyland has 1 of the best! We moved to Alvin in 1977. I have been going to Dairyland and eating and hanging out for the last 45 yrs!! I have had everything on the menu and it’s all good! There is not a teenager from Alvin that hasn’t eaten and hung out here since 1960!!“

“This pizzeria was the absolute best!!! The food was 1000/10 we had pizza, wings, and fries seasoned to perfection. The boiled shrimp was also very good. The GM James had top tier service and so friendly and David was a cool bar tender. Perfect meal especially after a long day of softball. We cant wait to come back!“

“We frequent the Blue Lagoon Bar & Grill. Our service and food are always exceptional! If you have not been in a while you should definitely give it a try! Love the different events they have been having. The Singo Bingo was a lot of fun this evening! Fun to meet new people and just have a good time. We also enjoyed the Casino Night that was held at The Blue Lagoon. Again fun and good times.“

“I have been eating here for so many years. The Best Catfish in the Greater Houston/Galveston area. I have since moved away from Dickinson, but I come to see Ms. Lily once a month and still get the "All You Can Eat Catfish." A MUST when in the area or traveling to Galveston. 5 stars all the way...they treat you like family.“

“Just moved to the area and I love this spot super nice owner down to earth & he said he has been in business as long as I have been alive 28 years. Food is hot and fresh made to order open kitchen so you can watch him prepare your order. I also like how he is super helpful with questions or substitutions and the drive-thru is a nice touch. Some would say the interior is dated but I would say it has a charm to it. I will definitely be back to try other food here I had the jalepeno double double burger & spicy fried chicken sandwich both huge, hot, & fresh with perfectly seasoned crinkle cut fries with a side of bbq & hot sauce.“

“Omg my son’s boss told him about Kelley’s and we had never ate there. We had just got off our 9-day cruise & wanted some serious comfort food. Kelley’s definitely fit the bill. Homemade hand-battered chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes/gravy, fried okra, salad & fresh rolls! All servings were HUGE and delicious 😋 all for $16. I ate off of my lunch 3 times! We will def be back. Amanda was our server & she was on top of everything & great service. We were only disappointed that they were out of the Texas size homemade biscuits from the breakfast run. If you’ve never ate there before u gotta try it and u will be back.“

“Food is good ,I have had several items on the menu and was very satisfied . It can get pretty busy at times and you have to wait for drinks and food , but they do have some great wait staff , I think they are just under staffed. My favorite time to go is Crawfish season , man they got the best in my opinion.....Overall worth a visit , good drinks and cold beer“

“I had a great visit to IHOP! The pancakes were absolutely delicious, fluffy, fresh, and full of flavor. and our waitress chozen was amazing friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. The only thing I noticed was that the floor could have been a little cleaner. Overall, still a wonderful meal and great service!“
