You can tell Ernie really puts his all into this place, and is very enthusiastic about BBQ!The food was awesome, the ribs had a perfect cook to them, just a little too much peppercorn on the ribs for my liking. But overall a phenomenal experience and would highly recommend.“

“I stumbled upon this hidden gem, I got ribs and brisket. Both were delicious, brisket was seasoned perfect, had a beautiful smoke ring and was very juicy and tender. Ribs were also really good, in my opinion they were perfect. The sauce I got with my order was fantastic. If you got a craving for bbq then stop by this place, you won't regret it.“

“My first time here with a group of 7. Cute ambiance. Counter service was quick and polite. I had a pulled pork sandwich and corn on the cob. The food was okay. The corn on the mushy side. The BBQ sauce not as good as the other bbq place I frequent. I wish they had real plates and forks. Kind of messy.“

“I've been to this establishment at least four times & have enjoyed it tremendously. My only issue was that my first two visits, I was allowed to buy to-go margaritas for one, but on my 3rd visit, I was told that wasn't allowed & I would have to buy a half gallon or gallon. When I called on a later date I was told I could buy the 20 ounce. I explained that I was told no, someone checked & found out they just hadn't gotten any stickers to cover the hole.“

“This is one of the better barbecues in the southern Houston to Galveston area. I had half pound of brisket and a half pound of jalapeno sausage and both were terrific. It is the best brisket I have tried on this side of Texas. The barbecue sauce is a little mild for my liking but is tangy and good, I added jalapenos to my order from the bar and it was fine.Thry keep two BBQ sauces in kettles at the condiment bar, which is nice. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful, even the manager went around and asked how people's food was and if there was anything else we needed or that he could get us. The environment is country western and has comfortable seating. Definitely a five-star restaurant I would recommend this to anybody.Dietary restrictions: Keto, carnivore, lion.“

“Skip Killens and Corkscrew, Patriot BBQ is the best in town, hands down. Peppery bark is perfection on brisket. Sides are so good you'd slap your mother in law (twice ????)I can't wait for them to make the hot sauces again. RUN, don't walkout here!“

“Me and my wife dined here today after going to Froberg’s, she got brisket and I got ribs, both were phenomenal! Both were super tender and ribs literally fell off the bone, we got sweet potato casserole, Mac and cheese, mashed potato’s, and cornbread dressing. All were real good except the Mac and cheese, overall what really counted was the meat and it was amazing and I’m so glad they put BBQ sauce on the side because you can’t disgrace good bbq with sauce. “After church, I had been craving a sliced beef sandwich with Potato Salad. I was headed home, and decided to stop here. I am Super, Uber glad I did. This place is very, very nice and clean inside. TV's to watch every different Sports Major win there. The Food was DELICIOUS !! OMG! You have got to try this place. There were other people there, atmosphere friendly, and did I mention the Food?
