“Recommend 100x - I visit this location at least a couple times a week. Today, I witnessed something truly amazing. I was in the drive thru. I heard one of the employees tell another employee that a lady in a curbside spot was having a bad day. Whenever she delivered her food to her, I noticed that the employee was praying for the customer. This blew my mind, as I had never seen this happen at a restaurant before. Very, very special. Thank you for hiring people that not only do their job, but go above and beyond for their customers.“

“The staff here work hard and are in constant motion. It looks like they are short staffed, but everyone is trying their best to make up for that. Remember this and be patient. I appreciate their attention to cleanliness and attention to the customers. God bless this place and the staff! We got their Tuesday special (8 dark pieces for $10) and the Luxe box with street chalupas. Everything was delicious!“

“Tried this place out today. The food (whole chicken) was grilled perfectly. It was very delicious. However there were roaches in the dining area. There were also random people , not customers coming in and out of the dining area. I would recommend getting your food to go.“

“So grateful I came to this location. Evelyn was wonderful to take my order and food was fast and delicious. However, what caught my heart and gratitude was Miss Dana! We had a great conversation on a couple bible verses and she gave me a prayer and I believe I needed that interaction! Thank you Miss Dana! I'm blessed and truly grateful! Wonderful experience in this location!“

“I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Carol. It was busy and she was the only one working behind the counter.
She worked fast, proficient, and was friendly to all her customers.

“The food is good most of the time but employees (not all but most) including management could use a refresher course in customer service. I understand the food industry is a demanding and draining industry but if you can't handle it and at least put on a fake smile and not be rude, you shouldn't work in that industry.“

“Decided to order inside because the drive thru line was long. I was the only customer inside and although I was able to place my order immediately, the time I waited for my order was just as long as waiting in the drive thru! I'm not sure if it's possible to call in an order, like Dairy Queen but I might try next time.“

“I like the farmhouse atmosphere this place brings.
The chicken fingers are a little small for my liking, but I will say they are very juicy. It's not exactly full of flavor, but that's what the dipping sauce is for.
The spicy garlic and the zax sauce are my favorite.
If you're feeling famished, I would definitely order more than 4 tenders.
They are a little pricey, but overall, they are pretty good.“

“Popeye's has great product across the board, though store conditions vary greatly, as does customer service. The one on Randolph AFB generally does a very good job, and they stay very busy during the lunch rush hour. Kind of depends on who is working the counter, but overall the staff is friendly and gets it done.“

“Been going around 11. Food has been nice and hot and ready. Staff needs to be better about giving reciepts out to people i went 3 times in 2 weeks each time I had to ask for my reciept its like there holding on to them for some reason. Other than that no complaints.“
