The food is great but again Blair made the food taste better just by her service!!! Definitely 5-stars and she deserves the kudos. It’s is hard to find someone who is enthusiastic at work nowadays. “We just moved here to st hedwig and I found this local restaurant, I wanted to try their breakfast after reading the positive reviews and they did not disappoint. We stopped quickly to get 4 bacon egg and bean tacos to go, my husband who is really picky loved them and so did I. The tacos were so delicious along with the beans, the tortilla was very soft. I definitely want to come here again to dine in ?

“Our server Haley was fantastic. Did above and beyond my expectations and alongside her was her manager Julia who both made for a perfect experience. By far the best Chili's I've ever been to in my 41 years on this planet. Food was on point, service on point and drinks on point. Rock and roll!“

“Ate here several times while staying on property and every meal was excellent along with good service! Breakfast was always quick which was helpful while needing to eat but also get to the programming of the conference I was there for! I docked a star because it is pretty pricey for meals here and even if things were just a few dollars less it would feel like an even better experience!“

“Had a wonderful breakfast here. Whoever is making their tortillas now is on point!! They were soft and fluffy like welita/ grandma use to make. The refried beans were delicious. Everything else was good too but I really enjoyed the great tortillas.
Kid-friendliness: They have highchairs and tables are spaced nicely to give your family enough room and space.“

“The building looks older from the outside but thats even better because that means they’ve been is business for a long time. So don’t let that stop you from enjoying there food. Walked in and was immediately greeted. Was able to sit anywhere. Very clean and fresh, tables were spaced out and not squished together. Waiters are super nice, very attentive, they are bilingual as well. Coffee was great 😌 food was even better and not so expensive. Absolutely loved my experience here and felt safe, almost like home. This restaurant is definitely my go to for morning breakfast now. Absolutely loved it! 😊“

“This place is has amazing service, food, and staff. When the pandemic hit they continued serving the community safety. The food is always fresh and you can taste the differences. “You definitely wouldn't expect this kind of food from a convenience store. They make the best tacos around. The tortillas are handmade and always fresh. The ladies making the tacos are always friendly as well as the cashiers. The lunch special is always an excellent deal!“

“I confirmed the the charro beans are vegan as well as the rice. However the refried beans are not vegan (made with lard). I tried the veggie enchiladas with salsa verde and was pleasantly surprised. Omit the cheese and add guac and you have yourself a fully vegan dish ?“

“Boy, how I miss the breakfast tacos here. Surely the bay area, San Jose, could really try to learn a thing or two from here.
Since 2016, I'd come here and work my butt off as busboy and lemme tell you, there were easy and hard times but managed to pull through the days work. Props to the kitchen staff for making tortillas made from scratch, though I don't know how much has changed but I'm sure its rather the same. As for the staff? Can't say for sure. I only remember three individuals from this establishment plus our wonderful cook (sorry, don't remember name, but he was a 1-chef machine that knew how to operate just about anything in that kitchen). That would be Dany, Yvette, and Melanie. Oh how the times they are a changing.
P. S. I found the spicy orange sauce! It's located in downtown San Jose. They're called La Victoria. 😜
P.P.S. Just saw the updated menu. Inflation is no joke... I hope small-flation didn't take hold on this small business.“
