That's true because sometimes you have to read the fine print as to why someone might give a 3 vs a 4 or 5... Pho Barr is nothing on the outside, standard windows, small but inside there is some magic going on... The smell hits you as soon as you open the door... Umami, garlic, teriyaki, beef... Your mouth is watering for one or all of the ingredients... I went straight to the pho options and picked my favorite... Spicy Tonkatsu with Black Garlic... It had pieces of chashu (large) on the top with plenty of fresh veggies... The noodles tasted fresh with the perfect chew... The broth was delicious!!! Give them try for your next pho fix!!“

“It was a Friday evening but it was too loud. The dishes look very good and there is plenty of food. The hot & sour soup was thicker than I'm used too. Too many mushrooms for me. My main dish was shredded pork with green beans but I found it too salty. The others had no complaints and enjoyed their choices. The server was very nice & attentive, not in our faces, just right. “This has been a family favorite my entire life. Food has always great and consistent. Seems to be family owned but they hire the local kids too. I've been here hundreds of times both to carry out and dine in. Have never had a meal I didn't like. Now my kids are grown up and they enjoy it just like I did growing up. Service is always stellar. It's a place you can dine in formally with a date or your in-laws or just come thru with friends casually. In the old Randall's parking lot near Space Center Eye Associates, Bank of America, and Pizza Hut behind the Chevron on the corner. Never a bad choice if you're looking for something to eat. They didn't have alot of chicken and veggies options. They didn't have orange chicken. Their jalapeño chicken was lacking in veggies and in jalapeños. Their dessert options were good, the jello was good. They didn't have watermelon and my granddaughter was looking forward to that, as I was. “Little V is great! We order delivery all the time. Everything we order is delicious. Although my personal favorites are from the Vietnamese side of the menu, like pho and spring rolls, the classic Chinese American dishes are quite good. The lo mein, House fried rice, Kung Pao are also big favorites for my family. Delivery has always been our preference and this as well as the ordering has always been very friendly, easy, polite and quick. Recommended.Vegetarian options: Mix and other vegetable with sauces on the side. Vietnamese style salads and soup options.“

“This place has great food and they prepare it very quickly. For us we never eat in here. It's one of those places where you can pop in had get a great to go meal if you are too busy to cook.
