“Walked in hungry and left full and happy. Everything came out hot and fresh, and you can tell it wasn’t just thrown together. The eggs were cooked perfect with those bright yolks, the hashbrowns had that crispy edge just how they should, and the bacon was actually done right, not all limp and sad.
The waffle was golden and fluffy, and the toast was low key a favorite. Portions were generous without being over the top, and the whole place had that comfortable, homey vibe where you can actually sit and enjoy your food.
If you want a solid, no nonsense breakfast that actually hits, Javier’s is 100 percent worth the stop. I’ll definitely be back.“

“I live in Palmer for 4 years and can’t believe I haven’t tried this place until now. Everything was excellent we all had burgers and fries the mushroom and Swiss is definitely my favorite. Unexpected to find this quality and service in our little town!!!“

“My mother and I have passed by this place at least 15 times and did not know it existed. Until one day I just happened to glance and see it. So we went in. The food was great I had the chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes with Mexican rice and pinto beans and she had mikes special. The pictures attached shows how good the food was. The service was great. Our server kept the coffee flowing and was attentive to our table. The atsmophere was awesome. Clean and quiet with easy listening music playing in the background. It's tucked away so blink and you'll miss it.“
