“I’m always chasing a good Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Every new spot I hear about, I’m there. I’ve tried a lot of places and most of them are just okay. Spotted This Bird’s Cooked at Deacon Baldy’s and figured I’d give it a shot. The owner was out there and was super friendly. She took the time to walk me through the different heat levels and actually explained what gets added as you step up. That kind of thing goes a long way. You can tell she genuinely cares about the food and the experience. Got the tacos topped with slaw and wow. So much flavor packed into every bite. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the spice was on point. Not too much, not too little, just right. The slaw on top pulled it all together and gave it that little bit of crunch and coolness that balanced everything out. This one genuinely surprised me. It’s hard to find a place that actually nails it and these guys did. Wish I had found them a long time ago. If you see this truck out there, do yourself a favor and stop. You won’t regret it.“

“My go to Chick Fil A...but honestly the fries have been awful lately! So soggy and limp that I feel like I’m eating a potato not a fry. Not good. Also, today in the drive up line, the people taking orders were not telling the cars who to follow in line like they normally do. So cars were pulling into the drive up line at the same time and not knowing who was supposed to go first...it was chaos. Other than that I still love the people that work here and customer service and food is always good...minus the fries ☹️“

We had very fast service even though the place was packed. The staff is always friendly. This was our second visit of the week. I waited while they played. It was such a nice atmosphere that we stayed for 3 hours! Playing, having ice cream, making new friends and making new memories. Thanks to the staff for being so welcoming and accommodating of such a large crowd in addition to your regular business. With all that the store was very clean!!! “mia, the shift lead, cut me off multiple times while ordering, did not repeat the order back, and ultimately got my order wrong because she was talking over me to quickly finish the order and i guess didn’t hear me? the boy at the window was so sweet to fix it, even though i was willing to just go inside and buy the correct items, so thank you to him for that. i never have problems with this place, but felt the need to point this out since it didn’t feel up to chick fil a’s normal standard.“

“Absolutely loved our experience at Chick-fil-A today. The restaurant was super clean, everyone was smiling, polite, and genuinely kind. It’s amazing how great service can make something as simple as a chicken salad taste even better.

“This cfa is pretty good. They occasionally forget your sauce and the tables can be kinda nasty at times. It is one of the better ones I've been to recently. It seems like when they have a major employee change everything else changes too. Service kinda goes down for a while. For npw this is thr better one.“

“Well this morning roughly about 7:00am I ordered the chicken & sausage bowl meal. Well when I arrived at my job site that’s about 10min from Chick-fil-A I park my truck & I was about to eat my bowl of goodness.. take it for granted I do not eat breakfast in the morning. Well I had it on my lap and soon as I was about to open the hot sauce my bowl fell all over on my lap. I was so angry at my self.... lol well I decided to head back to the location ware I bought my breakfast from went there the drive threw and ask for the same order did little that I know I told them what happen I did not expect them to give me a free bowl I had every intention to buy the bowl. But when I arrived to pick up my food. They said don’t worry about it it’s on us. All I have to say is that y’all have amazing staff. And thank you. I’ll be doing my good deed today. And thank you for the amazing breakfast. I’ll be Definitely be stopping by this location more often“

“I was in need of an urgent lunch request for a same day meeting!!! I called the 2102 Spring Steubner Rd location. I explained my dilemma and Carla did her thing!!!! I had a lunch order for 20 people along with condiments, drinks and cups in record timing. I think I called around 10am and I wanted to see if it could be done by 10:45am. Carla had it done at 10:39am!!! Carla saved me. Nothing was missing from the order. It was hot and fresh!!!! This service was phenomenal and this location was great!!!! Thanks again, Carla! “Was almost 7pm, their closing time, so the buffet line was no replenished as often as during early hours, so mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, corn and desserts were cold or looked like they were dry due to just sotting out. Won't go at 6pm again, not its best food.“
