“I'm gluten-free, not by choice. Loved loved loved the chicken mole enchiladas!! Such a treat for me!!!!TexMex mole often has gluten as a thickener, but maize is the authentic way. Great queso and guacamole too. This will be our new regular. I can't wait to go back! It's usually too stressful and sometimes inaccurate information given which triggers absolute agony for a few weeks. I hated eating out. Thank you so much for having my all time favorite dish that I can enjoy!!! Kudos to the kitchen, wait staff and owner!“

“"Kai The Guy" Listen.......the food is always amazing and on top of that what takes this experience over the top is having Kai and Jose on the truck together running things!!! Great friendly customer service and the wait time is not bad considering that it's cook to order. Always a pleasure having them at Clinch Memorial Hospital!! Superb job guys!!!“

“As a self proclaimed Tex Mex snob I can’t go on enough about Nimia’s Salsa at Las Barcas in Canyon Lake. I absolutely require it when I make lengua tacos at home, and I adore it with tortilla chips, and in the spirit of full confession - I always end up eating a straight spoonful of it anytime I use it. It is perfectly spiced, not so much as to mask any flavor, but enough to let you know it is there. If I were a Pharaoh in Ancient Egypt, I would have a huge jar of this in my sarcophagus! Bravo Nimia - your salsa is Tex Mex art!“

“We thought the same but we realized that the bank was the one that was rechaging us and in most of restaurants also do it but its just the bank recharging most people. The food was delicious the prices were reasonable good service nice people.And now we pay with cash.“

“The food is always good and the tortillas are the best! I prefer ordering freshly prepared menu items over some of the stuff on the Steam Table, although the green and red pork and the Carne guisada are always great.“
