“Got take out from this place twice now. Excellent service and very flavorful food. I have tried the general tso, orange chicken, and sesame chicken. Their flavors are good, but they don’t make the chicken crispy if you’re looking for it that way. Fried rice is good, and whatever cut of chicken they use is fresh.“

This Cantonese restaurant might not be well known, but it truly deserves more attention—it’s a hidden gem! The flavors are authentic, the dishes are cooked with care, and every bite feels like something homemade yet restaurant-quality.
* Marinated combination was a perfect start—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully balanced.
* Fried flat noodle with beef was outstanding, with tender slices of beef and noodles perfectly stir-fried with that signature smoky wok aroma.
* Sweet and sour spare ribs were another highlight—crispy, tangy, and just the right touch of sweetness.
* Stir-fried mixed chive flower with dry squid, shrimp, and chicken—so unique, packed with flavor, and everything was cooked just right. It had that amazing balance of textures and freshness you only get at really authentic Cantonese spots.
It’s not a fancy place, but the food here easily beats a lot of the bigger-name restaurants. Definitely one of those spots you’re glad to stumble upon and can’t wait to come back to!“

“The food at this place is awesome! We really liked their dumplings, noodles, beef pancakes, and honestly all entries. All noodle and wraps of dumplings are hand-made and taste like from childhood memories. Food quality is consistent and service is friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Chinese food especially noodles and dumplings.“

“It was our first time visiting Ly’s Kitchen. Food was delicious, and our server, Ali, was very helpful in guiding us through the menu. Very good, friendly and quick service was provided. Recommend this place for Halal Chinese dining. 👍“

“I went to cooking girl just to try it out and honestly, it was pretty good! I got the general tsaos which tasted great and the chicken egg rolls were good like always. They did mess up our order though and got spicy dumplings instead of regular, but we just had them and they had a huge kick! Service was not the best since waiters were on their phones the whole time and we had to call them out to give us refills and to order, but it was fine as they were nice. Atmosphere was great but small and basic. Overall, liked it and will be back“

“Very fresh and delicious. The flavors were great and the quality of the ingredients was on point. The orange chicken had real pieces of orange and a tangy citrus taste. The egg rolls were perfectly cooked and the filling was not the typical mushy soggy veggies other places serve, these had crispy veggies and lots of yummy pork. Another plus was with their takeout the put the broccoli in a seperate container so you get full containers of meat and sauce which gives more meat. Their broccoli with garlic sauce has many more ingriendents that add crunch and flavors. The Moo Shu sauce is served on the side with lots and lots of it.“

“Excellent experience. We loved the food. We ordered magnolian beef, wings, basil chicken and kung pao and soup. Mangolian beef was the best i have ever tasted, very tender and tasty. Definitely going back.“

“I stopped by Panda Garden recently, and honestly it surprised me in a good way. The food came out hot, the portions were solid, and everything tasted fresh. Their fried rice has good flavor without being too greasy, and the egg rolls were crispy just how I like them.
The staff was chill and quick, and I didn’t have to wait long even though they were getting close to closing. If you go, definitely ask for the chicken corn soup on the side—it actually makes the meal even better.
Overall, it’s one of those low-key spots that hits the spot when you’re craving Chinese food. I’d go back again for sure.“

“OMG!!! Customer service, and food here are awesome! My wife and I were shopping in the mall for a few hours, and about 15 to 20 minutes before closing, my Wife wanted something to eat, Jessica asked us what we wanted even though that were about to close and out of what my wife and I really wanted. Jessica made that happen for us and we we're very appreciative of the service provided and food. If you are ever in Sugarland Tx come inside first colony mall and try lan chopsticks express in the food court. 5 stars. Tell them Del sent you and ask for Jessica. I call her (employee of the month).🫡😁“

“This place is such a hidden gem. We were in Jusgo and decided to eat here. The staff are really nice and were patient with us while we tried to ensure we were ordering the right things. They also showed us how they make their noodles in house! Their Chinese burger (beef) is excellent! We also tried the hotpot, wonton soup, shrimp fried rice and it was all delicious. And now for the best part, they had a game where our kids rolled the dice and one of them got all the same, she actually won a speaker! We will definitely be back!“

“This isn't our first time eating here; this time, we wanted to write a review for this charming little mom-and-pop eatery in the Sugar Land neighborhood. We appreciate the consistency and deliciousness of the food served here. This is one of the best places to get lamb noodle wonton soup. The hot, delicious, and well-seasoned lamb noodle soup always hits the spot, regardless of the time of day—be it breakfast, brunch, or dinner—or the weather. This lamb soup will make your day 100 times better.“

“My mom and I have been coming here for years and it has always been nothing but amazing every time! The jalapeño roll and Nemo roll are my favorite! The sashimi is always fresh and the staff is always so kind and quick to help! Even the non sushi meals are SUPER good and flavorful!“

“Food is very very good and always hot, recommend the wonton soup!!!!!! Lady is very very nice and quick to serve us, and the electronic ordering is much more efficient as she doesn’t have to walk around that much except for delivering food or refilling drinks. 10/10 and would highly recommend“

“I order my food thru the drive thru and my order came up twice. I told them it was wrong. The way they “communicate “ with their customers is very disrespectful. The quality of food was horrible the rice was hard I had to spit it back out my mouth. I will not go back to the Sugarland off hwy 6.“

“Server was very attentive. Lettuce wraps, potstickers, green beans were all very good. They took the eggplant dish off the menu & that was one of my favorites so we were a little disappointed. Overall, pretty nice place to meet with friends and enjoy a meal. Loved the 1/2 price wine on Wednesday deal.“
