“Absolutely loved our visit to Mood Coffee. The food was fantastic. Everything we tried felt carefully made and full of flavor. The menu is small, but every item we had was unique and delicious. The honey cake and tiramisu were incredibly fresh, easily some of the best we’ve had in Houston. The place was spotless, which added to the overall great experience. The owners were so warm and welcoming. We ended up chatting with them about the food, and it was clear how much thought and care they put into everything they do. Can’t wait to go back.“

“Got real good sweets, had the pistachio milk cake that tasted like a tres leches, and a cappuccino cake that was really good but more so on the sweeter side. Coupled that with a refreshing iced matcha with vanilla and honey, and we were more than satisfied on the desert side of eating.

This spot is super clean, cold AC, and vibrant community here. A little pricey but very good sweets.“

They really know how to brew, the staff is knowledgable and friendly, and there's space to sit and chill no matter how full it is. I love how they have so many outlets for creatives that want to work. I need a blend In co-working space right now!“

Only downside is the pack of teenage boys that were sitting inside who acted like hooligans.

“This was my first time going to this location and man did they blow me away! Ryen took my order and told me her favorite drink, so I gave it a try and WOW! She has great taste!!!! Atmosphere was energetic, the employees were so attentive. When they say “cultivate kindness” they truly do mean it!! “I had visited and came back a few times for their coffee and latte. Their coffee is rich and suited our tastes (our favorite is the Ben Tre (coconut coffee) and the caramel coffee).

The matcha latte was decent- not too rich, not too light. We had mostly re- ordered the Ube Matcha latte, their seasonal Dubai matcha latte or the Blueberry Matcha latte were either too sweet or too plain to be anything special.

The Only drink that was not drinkable to me was the avocado 🥑 smoothie. The ice was not well blended. But the biggest drawback was that I could not taste the avocado at all, i can see the pieces of avocado here and there in the drink. But it was mostly diluted condensed milk with ice. I throw away the entire drink after 2 sips. 😭😭

The staffs i met were nice and friendly.
Their croissants 🥐 were so so, i did not enjoy the pistachio croissant, but it look cute.

Their steam bun was decent, it’s a good option for breakfast.“

“I wasn’t sure what to get and the nicest Barista (i believe her name was Valentina) gave me some amazing recs. I eventually just told her to make me a coffee that didn’t have too much sugar but had some good flavor and she gave me the best iced coffee EVER! I also got a halal puff pastry which was sooooo yummy. Stayed a little bit to catch up on some work and the vibe was so chill, music was not too loud. Definitely will be coming back!“

“I ordered coffee a couple of weeks ago, and they arrived at my house in a perfectly secure and beautiful box. I ordered a cup for my Momma( 81, lives with us) and it came as it looked. There coffee beans... fresh, aromatic! We are almost out and I am ordering more this week.“

“My wife and I have been going to Gelato Picks for the past three years and it has always and consistently been a solid five star shop. The owner is very friendly and customer oriented. My favorite savory flavors bring the garlic cheese bread and jalapeño cream cheese.
As for the sweet flavors? you can’t beat the marble taro bun. Close runners up for favorites include the sugared cream cheese Brioche and the tiramisu cheesecake.
They also offer other dessert options and full sized cakes!“

I've been coming to this location since they opened and it's my preferred Starbucks! There are locations that are closer to me, but I will drive the extra distance to visit this specific location.“
