McDonald's in Sugar Land

“How, tell me how, do you forget the main item purchased, the bacon double quarter pounder with cheese from the order? For the love of God everybody NEEDS to check their items before leaving the drive thru because 100% these guys will not check it. Closed after I got home with the food so I cant even go back to get what I purchased. Will have to do a charge back now.

Edit: also gave the wrong pies. I don't know where you found these workers but they clearly should not be working here, or anywhere really.

Edit 2: I admit I was hangry in the time of writing and was a bit harsh. General manager made everything right and shift manager was understanding. Good service.“

“Reason for a 4 is because I food this last time I got which was two weeks ago my friend didn't taste fresh they tasted old an my bread to my spicy chicken sandwich was hard a little bit! Otherwise it's good an I work at Shells gas station so I every so often it's great food an service?“

“I’m always a little nervous to eat at fast food places in stores. But the food was freshly cooked and really good. However that isn’t why I am writing this review. The older woman at the counter today (June 16) may be the nicest person I’ve ever met. She was so kind. The other staff were great too! They were cleaning frequently and kind while taking orders. But the older lady was so nice. She made the experience worth reviewing.“
