Pulled pork was juicy and tender (when I couldn’t make up my mind, owner added a salmon patty with creamed peas just for me), pork ribs were fall off the bone, red neck nachos, butter beans, cabbage … the menu seems to have no end!“

“I don't even write reviews, that alone should say a lot. But ever since Brothermans BBQ shut down on the southside, I've been looking for a new BBQ spot in Dallas. Most of these BBQ places are trash. I went in here and placed a to go order for sausage, brisket, and mac & cheese. Got to my car and the smell was too good. I couldn't even wait to exit the parking lot. So I took two bites of the brisket like any big back would. I then proceeded to close my plate, exit my car, and got back in line. Basically... I'm a regular now.“

“I am a big time Buc-ee’s chopped sandwich fan and this place serves as good as theirs. It’s tastes amazing, clean BBQ meat. The only off thing about this spot is the wait time. You gotta be early and wait at least 20 mins to get your order but it’s totally worth it.
Would really appreciate if the management can put up a shed outside to save us from the scorching sun.

“I ordered a brisket sandwich, a link sandwich, and a Texas Twinkie. The food was all delicious. The sandwiches have so much meat that I was able to make myself two sandwiches from each one. Great taste and great portions! I’m a Rudy’s bbq girl but man are they far and lack in flavor compared to J&J’s!

“My husband and I tried Stash’s for the first time tonight thanks to the neighborhood nights they’ve been implementing! We had the wine country burger, pork tacos, Brussels, and crème brûlée. Everything was so delicious and the owners/staff were so friendly! We can’t wait to go again!“

“Love the food and atmosphere i reserved every time … the employees are excellent and the cleanliness of the place is great. But they one thing I dislike about this recent visit was the new big roll of napkins set on the table, they take most of the space on the table and I feel like the hygiene on this is bad , a lot of people touch them and they get dirty I prefer the small napkins,they were more convenient and less messy. Also the roll ones are so rough. Other then that is a very good place to eat 🫶🏻“

“Save your money, this is the worst tasting barbeque I have ever experienced. Two people dinner and drinks 42.00. Their barbeque is tasteless. stick to your locals, they know how to do BBQ right. Never again will I spend a dime in a chain restaurant. To make matters worse, the employees were like robots, cold and unfriendly until you got to the cashier who was delighted to take your money. This review is for the newly established restaurant in Mabank, Tx. They wont last.“

“The wife and I tried there brisket and ribs this evening and it was really good and I definently recommend you try them if you enjoy delicious smoked food and grab a fried pie while your there. No more soulmans for us because Baker's is definently not stingy with there meat . priced better and tastier food . Staff was extremely friendly as well.“
