“Mien & Bao in the Triangle is such a gem in Austin, and I’m so glad I stopped by! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, bright, and beautifully decorated the space is. The modern décor mixed with warm touches really creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

I also want to give a special shoutout to Lisa, who was an absolutely amazing server. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the dining experience even better.

I tried multiple dishes during my visit, and every single one was delicious. You can really taste the quality and freshness in everything they serve. The flavors were balanced, comforting, and thoughtfully prepared. It’s rare to visit a place where every dish hits the mark, but Mien & Bao really delivered.“

“This place definitely knows it's niche. They serve authentic Chinese noodles (as expected given that the menu items are listed in Chinese as well). Overall a great experience, you'll know if you like the place after one visit. Keep in mind though this is the food truck variant of the restaurant; there isn't free water and there aren't any restrooms in the vicinity.“

“I have eaten here a few times. Some of their dishes are really good. I like their general tsos and sesame chicken. I'm not a fan of their rice personally, but it's still good food and good people.

Seating is a small outdoor space with 3 picnic tables. There is ample parking past the food truck in a gravel lot.“
