“Whoever was working the fryer tonight, Monday June 16th was great. I like my okra extra crispy where some would say it's burnt and it was perfect! Also has the chicken livers and a couple were not good. The tea is the best in town! I wish all other restaurants in Taylor would have the water filtration system Y'all have.“

“Our grandson's wish was to eat inside at Whataburger for his birthday! We brought him in today and received amazing customer service from the employees and especially the general manager, Kimberly. They went above and beyond to make him feel special and the food was excellent. Thank you Whataburger in Taylor, TX for making my grandson's birthday so very special!❤“

“I want to give an update. I have changed my rating based on my experience today with Beatrice. She actually did call me back. She offered multiple times to make the food for me herself. I am just not ready to try it ate Taco Bell just yet but when I asked for the money back she graciously agreed. I went up in person to get it back and I was unable to locate the credit card that we used for that particular order so she graciously offered to give me cash. There was also a very nice woman helping her with the refund process.
I am very thankful they were both very helpful. They were both very polite and professional.
I commented to them about the inside of the restaurant it looks absolutely bright and clean and very inviting.
One of these days I will go back because I have to admit I love Taco Bell!!
I think that's why it was such a bad experience because we hadn't eaten there and so so long we were looking so forward to it was right before Christmas it was our last little indulgence before all the holiday stuff and it was such a disappointment.
But I want to say they were great today and I will go back and try it again.

I am still calling the store and not getting anybody to call me back. I am not going to let this one go either because we spent $27 and it was just absolute crap there was nothing in that bag that was put together properly, it was thrown in there so badly and literally everything was just all over the place like we had to basically reassemble the tacos because they weren't even wrapped.
This incident happened right before Christmas I have literally been calling for weeks and weeks and I literally just called again now and was told by somebody named Beatrice after I said this is regarding a complaint that Elizabeth wasn't in today.
Elizabeth hasn't been at work for a month apparently...“

“Day after Thanksgiving, I drove 30 minutes from a ranch, went inside and was greeted right away. Ordered a lot of ordered for my family. They were awesome. Drove back to the ranch and everything was correct. Wonderful experience.“
