As Lago Mar residents and frequent guests of Blue Lagoon, we were confident the event would be wonderful—and it truly was. From booking through the conclusion of the evening, everything was seamless. Hayden, the manager, was exceptional in communicating every detail and ensuring the planning process was smooth. The menu was flexible, accommodating, reasonably priced, and absolutely delicious when served. Karen, the coordinator, was nothing short of outstanding. She was readily available, attentive to every detail, and went above and beyond to make the event truly special. We were also incredibly impressed with the staff—Noah, Molly, and manager Tristan—who were professional, attentive, and took excellent care of our entire party. The venue was very flexible in working with our decorator, which made the day run effortlessly. From start to finish, we experienced top-notch customer service and outstanding food. We couldn’t have asked for a better reception experience.“

“Need a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city? This place made this country boy at home. Make you feel at home. Small Town atmosphere. Ms. Renee (sorry if I misspelled your name); was highly attentive and friendly. music is varied. Jukebox is awesome. Not to mention the price of drinks is fair and the regulars make you feel at home. And this is after my first trip! Will definitely return next week.“

“I want to say how AMAZING this place is! I booked a birthday dinner for my boyfriend and the owner called me personally and spoke with me and made sure that she decorated our table personally and even got us a private room (which I had no idea was going to happen)! When we arrived, there were beautiful balloons, candles and a stunning room filled with low lights and music. Her husband even came in to make sure everything was to our liking and the waitress (Chloe) was outstanding! I cannot say how wonderful each and every person was that night and how great the food was as well. We will for sure be regular customers at this restaurant for years to come! “The server too quiet, barely hear her, did not know her name. I ordered tortilla soup, Did not receive a Tortilla soup. Not sure. Exactly what I got. I didn't anyways. I didn't want to ruin my mom's Mother's Day. The food is very bland my husband was disappointed as well. Oh I usually don't complain but i need to step it up a nut.“
