“My wife and I eat breakfast almost every weekend after our morning workout. It’s a little bit of “our time” on the weekend and the staff and food has always been great. But a few weeks ago they were busy and although the meal was good the service was a little lacking and upon checkout our server’s assistant was short and seemed irritated. We were surprised and as we left were talking about it and hostess overheard and we saw her go back and immediately say something to our server. We chalked it up to being short staffed and busy. Came back the next week and everything was great. Came again today and everything was great AND our server from the bad day waited on us and was great. Here’s the part that impressed me, as we were checking out she stopped and apologized for the service from a couple weeks before, didn’t make excuses, said she’d addressed the issue with her assistant and thanked us for coming back. Apologizing is a lost art, and we appreciated it so much that not only did she not get defensive she remembered the situation, it had clearly been on her mind since that day and she wanted to make it right. That tells me Barney’s is here for the long haul and has leadership that is inspiring the employees. Great job Barney’s! We will continue to our weekend breakfast dates for a long long time.“

“Wasabi and Wok is our favorite Japanese /Chinese place of all time. The dishes always taste perfect, the order is always correct, I never have to check the bag or just hope it’s right. I know it’s going to be right. We have never ate inside but it’s always nice and calm when I go in there.

p.s. I like to make a point and order pick up directly from their website because door dash is always more expensive, literally 100% of the time.“

The warm, cinnamon-sugar snickerdoodle was perfectly soft and chewy, and pairing it with the rich, fruity blackberry crumble ice cream was pure genius. Every bite had that balance of cozy spice and refreshing berry sweetness. It felt indulgent yet comforting, and honestly one of the best dessert combos I’ve had in a long time.

Atmosphere was a regular restaurant - TV screens, but no special view or romantic or something that makes it more than average, and not looking for something special. I guess I should just leave it with no stars - don't know what I am supposed to do with thar category.“
