The restaurant is always impeccably clean, Kelly is very attentive to every customer, and food comes out quickly. Whenever I have leftovers, I end up craving them while at work and wishing I had a small kitchen in my office >.<“

“Omg I just found my new local sandwich shop. I ordered the #5 pork grilled Banh mi with a sugar cane drink. The sandwich was so delicious and full of flavor. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the veggies blended well with the sandwich. It was superb, thank you, God! Definitely recommend checking out this Vietnamese shop. The people running this shop are really friendly and nice people. It's so close to my house as well. It's affordable too. Anything DFW foodie would love this place.“

“I've been going to this place since it first opened over 4 years ago. The quality of this place is still fantastic. You'll notice there's not much on the menu but when you eat the food, you'll see why. The owners prioritize quality and flavor over everything. The Pho itself is always amazing no matter what hours you come. They prep the noodles fresh so it's not clumped together when you eat. Bánh Mìs here are *chef's kiss*. It's never soggy, the veggies are fresh and the meat cuts are always bursting full of savory goodness.“

I tried the Southern Soul. The wings are one of my favorite menu items. I got the sweet chili and bang bang flavors. You have to try them!! I wasn't crazy about the ramenrrito, but I can see why people would enjoy it. We opted to add protein and chose the beef short rib, which wasn't flavorful and seemed overly chewy. “Besides some customer service issues (see other reviews about extra jalapenos, for example) — the food is good. Never seen customer service issues when youngsters are working, by the way. I think they might be more connected to American customer service culture. Anyway, food quality seems to have gone down compared to when I came here every day in 2020-2021 but I’ll give it another shot. Maybe it was old ingredients at the end of the day but the meat was bland and my sandwiches seemed light on condiments. Mr. Banh Mi, keep a watchful eye on the quality.“

“I can't believe I hadn't reviewed sooner. Been coming here for years. Que Huong is elite. Great service, very fast order to table and consistently DELICIOUS food. If you don't care for Pho but want soup get the beef stew. Incredible flavor. Hardy, rich, and the beef is tender and falling apart. This place has never missed. “Where do I even start. This place was phenomenal. You walk in and the smell is amazing, you can smell the broth in the back. Absolutely wonderful. We got there pretty late so it wasn’t busy so we can’t speak on crowdedness, but we were sat and the waitress took our drinks.We ordered the spring rolls first. I ordered the vegan ones with no tofu and my dad got the seared pork. Both were so refreshing and heavenly after a long day. Their peanut sauce isn’t overpowering and is filled with an amazing flavor without tasting like peanut butter. Even if you don’t normally like vietnamese peanut sauce, you need to try theirs, try adding some of their Sriracha in it as well if you like a bit of spicy as well.Their portions are great, my dad ordered the combination while I ordered the Vegetarian, as i prefer these options (no tofu again). I can’t focus on my dad’s as much as I really only tried his broth, however I can focus on my bowl. We were both captivated by our pho. I was blown away. I’ve never, NEVER, had a vegetable broth so flavorful and tasty as the one I had here. It was rich, and full of different notes, unlike other vegetable broths i’ve tasted that have been almost watered down and flavorless. I was in heaven almost the whole time and that’s barely an exaggeration. I rarely eat mushrooms but I ate almost all of them this time because I knew they had soaked up the broth. One of the best dining experiences i’ve had.My dad says the same, he loved how rich and flavorful his broth was as well and was astounded by the profile of just the broth itself. We had the meal with a shared side of jasmine rice that we used to soak up the broth to eat and it was delightful.Thank you to the cooks at pho one for making a beautiful meal, thank you for the staff for serving us so kindly so late. I may write like a food critic but i’m far from one, but this place truly deserves this review.“

They also cook SUPER fast it comes out in less than 10 minutes!- I am a classic pho tai girlie (sometimes pho tai and bo vien (meatball). You can taste the quality and cleanliness of this place. I love hole in the wall restaurants but sometimes the food can reflect lack of quality but pho Pasteur doesn’t!- I love spring rolls but these were a bit too small and the rice paper was a bit too hard for my liking. I recommend getting an order of their fried egg rolls which is what I got recently and they were delicious!- Great service, great prices, and this location has tons of other food places around it too!“
