“First time eating here, and wow—what a great experience! I honestly don’t know what was better: the food or the wonderful service. We mentioned it was our first visit, and the young lady, Melody ,working went out of her way to walk us through the menu board and explain how the combos work. She even let us sample items ahead of time, which was so helpful.

I don’t want to sound like a “boomer” (I’m Gen X!), but it’s rare these days to find younger employees in fast-food settings who are this engaged and genuinely happy to help. That was not the case here—she was fantastic!

Only downside? We live downtown, or we’d be here all the time.

They have a varied menu with fresh, flavorful ingredients, fresh baked bread and cookies, generous portions and quick, friendly service. We noticed an active take out service as well. Jersey Mike's is our #1 choice for sub sandwiches!“

“I love this place, I live like right next to it. All of the employees are super nice, the food is great and it always smells good. The highlight of my visit is usually this one employee, we first met when I couldn't get a cookie since I didn't have enough money for it to be added to my order. He gave me a free cookie and said he would take care of it. Definitely a place to visit.“

“My only complaint is that the lady who made my sandwich only gave me a scoop and a half of chicken. The normal portion is two scoops. I don’t like when they cheat you out of the normal portion of meat. The spinach was somewhat withered and old looking too. This is not the first time that I’ve been disappointed at this location.“
