“The menu is simple and the food is good. I’m a sucker for a sandwich and Chicken Salad Chick offers an alternative to the sub shops that are scattered all over the place. For about 12 or 13 dollars you get a good sandwich, a side dish, a drink, and a cookie. It’s a perfect size lunch that’s been well-prepared using fresh ingredients. I want to liken the menu to a jazz tune, with a central theme but variation throughout the execution. Simple, yet classic.“
