“I am so glad I was finally able to try this incredible restaurant. I had heard about it on Facebook and saw the great Google reviews, but the timing just did not work out for me on other occasions. Last night, we had crawfish etouffee, the red snapper, gumbo, and the real deal bread pudding! Actually the bread sitting is better than Whitney make it home and that is a bit of an embarrassment. The etouffee had just the right spice. My brother went back for seconds on gumbo, and two in our party really enjoyed the snapper. Prices are very reasonable, especially for this area. It does have a bit of an odd location. It is inside of a Holiday Inn hotel. Very lucky travelers! Just go and you won't regret it. We plan to return Thursday night when they have live entertainment.“

“First, the vibe of the hotel is top tier. As for the bar, the margaritas are ????. I've had watermelon and peach so far, with a tajin rim. Talk about flavor. The bartenders have been excellent. “This restaurant is another great one in the mid-cities! I would argue that they serve the best Thai food around. It was no surprise that Napa Thai was very busy for a Tuesday night, and yet the service was perfect and the food was amazing! “The 90’s BBQ truck blew my mind! So much that I had them cater my July 4th party at my house. They food is unbelievable and the customer service is top notch. Everyone at the party said it was the best BBQ they had ever had. Their Asian and BBQ fusion is amazing! I was very lucky to have found those guys there. Even writing this makes me hungry for 90’s BBQ!“

“Went on a Monday night so it was pretty quiet and chill there. One thing to understand is that is the is a private club…anyone can join for $5 but you will have to pay that once a year if you want to frequent it. However, one membership can bring in two guests each visit, so like if you have a spouse or significant other then only one of you technically needs to sign up but for $5 and the ability to bring some friends, it’s probably worth not dealing with any hassle and having both just pay the fee. Theresa was our bartender and she was super sweet, so tip her well if she’s there serving! There’s a nice “backyard” area to chill and drink in, sometimes they start a fire and I imagine that’s fun, haven’t been there for that yet. In the best of ways, I would classify this as a “dive bar”…having lived in WI for a good number of years this one falls right into that category but that doesn’t imply like bad or terrible. I’m Wisconsin most of the time that’s actually exactly what people want, so it’s a positive term I promise! Going to a nice fancy bar is fun and all but that also means the drinks are going to be expensive and the environment a bit uptight. This place has all the right “dive bar” vibes….super chill, no judgements, fair pricing, and that good old backyard hangout feel. I think anyone would have a good time just doing your own thing at this bar. And they’ve got two pool tables!“

“The bartender Miss Dani is awesome! As a new customer I was surprised by the attention Dani gave as I asked questions about the different types of tequila they have.I finally decided on a single of 2 different types. The brisket nachos are juicy , not dry at all. Ask for sour cream! Great place in Watauga heading out to a bar for some drinks, Dani treated me like a regular, even though I’m not. Atmosphere is casual and comfortable!“

“Fantastic dinner tonight, Donny was attentive and our server Tong was fantastic! Great knowledge of the food and drinks and pleasant conversationalist! The Bao Bao starter was our favorite of the night, and our sushi was delicious and served quickly. The Adult Movie cocktail was a quirky choice (served with a small side of popcorn!) that I was pleasantly surprised by its smoky but citrus taste! The strawberry shooters with infused whipped cream were refreshing for dessert. We definitely plan to come back soon to try more!“

“This place is absolutely the best restaurant that I have ever been to. Consistent they have the same good quality dishes every time I go in but because I found something that I absolutely love, I go back to the same thing that is just so good and that would be me Jaeger Schnitzel don't forget about dessert it's the best thing there. You must have the jalapeno apple cobbler I know your stomach is already full but not too full to add a little bit of this heavenly delight. You won't be sad.“

“My husband and I stopped in this winery during a quick trip to this town for work. Brooke was welcoming and so fun to talk to. She went above and beyond her job to make our experience fun. “Wonderful Thai Restaurant.

We tried the Veggie Soup, Tofu Lettuce Wrap , Pad Thai and Mango with Sticky rice.

All three were really good. Very fresh and tasty. will definitely go back and will recommend.

Just to note: Little bit on the expensive side. Service fee (Tip) of 18% as well.

“Great service and atmosphere! I was here last week to grab a pizza during a Brahmas game.I am giving them the benefit of the doubt because they were absolutely slammed. Took 45 minutes to get a small pizza. But honestly it was not that great. I will try them again next time I go to NYTEX.“
