“My husband and I visited Truluck’s in Southlake to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, and we were seated promptly.

Our server, Courtney, went above and beyond in every way. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and had such an upbeat and friendly personality that made the night even more enjoyable. She truly exceeded our expectations and made us feel so special.

The food was absolutely exceptional—from the appetizers to the entrées and finally the Baked Alaska, every dish was perfectly prepared and delicious.

We elected to sit at a booth and I was very happy they sat us at a half moon booth with tons of room. Our food server, Sarah, was amazing from the start. Filled with enthusiasm and knowledge. She didn’t miss a beat and quickly picked up on what we liked. The perfect amount of attention and care. The manager was pretty entertaining himself. She's quite shy but we still wanted to have the goofy birthday experience that we had growing up (coming to Joe's Crab shack for birthday celebrations has become a tradition in our family). Well, they sure did it! Our server, Jose, was amazing, friendly, checked on us often, made sure we had what we needed, and answered all our questions with a smile. “Dock local has THE BEST lobster rolls in Texas. We make sure to stop here every time we come to Dallas. The one in Harvest Hall is one of our favorites because of the atmosphere and surrounding areas. On the weekends you can see live music here as well!“

When it was time for our daughter’s complimentary birthday dessert, she was kind enough to give my 6 year old a complimentary dessert for her birthday coming up next Monday! Kayla saw my expression and immediately offered to give me another filet cooked medium. Immediately following one of the floor Managers, Keith?, came to our table to apologize. All three were really good. Very fresh and tasty. will definitely go back and will recommend.

Additionally, I recently experienced another Capital Grille and found THIS location to be far and away better. Quality of food and service to be exact. The service and attention to detail is noticeably better at the Southlake location. Jena is kind, attentive, and has an unreal ability to recall drink and meal preferences. Dwayne greets everyone as though he knew you and makes you feel like you’re home.“

“First of all its always been on my bucketlist to eat at Saltgrass. How many times did I ever ask my husband to take me there ( I lost freakin count). None the less my liddo sister Christel Rios brought me on a runaway short trip from Wichita Falls Tx to Dallas Tx to visit family and then we ended up in Grapevine Tx on our way home and stopped to finally eat here at Saltgrass. We entered in and had might I ask, where was the hostess with the mostess to greet us? However, we were finally seen and seated. The lovely gentleman sat us as we told him that it was our first time eating there. I was sooooo excited. So he sat us down.....its beautiful inside. Couldnt keep my off of everything in there....its like a scene from thw WILD WEST. Well moving on, our waiter was Matthew, he was AMAZINGGGGG to us! 🥇⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and so on for stars. He made us feel so at home. He gave us alot of positive info about the restaurant. Great job Matthew. Now not to be mean but the starter bread and butter was not the best.
