“First time here on my birthday so just stopped by randomly on my way back to crandall. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! This is the dream team! Fernanda took my order and helped me with my rewards points. I took my daughter to play and remembered I forgot to ask for my wings to be well done but when I went back to ask, they already had the food at my table! Went to the table and to my surprise the wings were done to perfection! Adrian Seasoned them well and done well so a slight crisp instead of mushy like normal. Hazel IS the EPITOME of customer service! Most places you go and instantly feel drained because there is no happiness in the establishment but here is completely different! People say Disney is the happiest place on earth, wrong! It is WHEREVER hazel is! She is and will always be THAT girl! I was regretting spending over $50 for some pizza, especially when the cost of living is already so high but for the taste and service i was provided, I would gladly do it again! “Typically my order is ready quickly and exactly as ordered. Once the lady accidentally made it as a regular cheese instead of the 6 cheese. She realized her mistake while boxing it and had already started a replacement pizza by the time I got there. She gave me the oops pizza as well. Occasionally they’ll run out of gluten-free crusts and always call to give us the option of canceling or waiting for them to pick one up from a nearby store. All around great service!“

“When it comes to favorite food, it's wings. Always. All the time. And honestly, most places that make wings really suck at it. Not these guys. It is a little odd that it's a wing place out of a Chilli's and a bar (which makes dining in difficult unless you like being around a lot of noise) but the wings themselves honestly cannot be beaten. This place is basically the only one I get wings from anymore because they're just so good. It's difficult to find good wing places, and these guys are absolutely good at making wings.“

“Went in on 6/3 to pick up my pizzas and once I got there they were not ready as to I was a few minutes early but could see they were obviously busy. There were only 3 young ladies running the store making the food and 2 drivers. Noticing this I immediately knew to just be patient not to add to their stress. Watching your workers I could see all the orders they had but your crew took it in stride. They were all communicating about orders already made or needing to be made. Not one of them had sour attitudes and weee still very polite and upbeat. I could hear their conversations of being out of a few supplies, as this would probably frustrate anyone trying to do their job. But they weren’t. They just continued to do their job to the best of their ability. Just wanted to let your know what an awesome crew you had working this nite and how great it was to watch teamwork at its finest. So many times as consumers we are so quick with our complaints that we forget to pay our compliments when we see it. I hope you continue to be blessed with these great employees. “I would not recommend this particular store because of the people that work there. The manager Kelsey and the drive through lady Crystal are extremely rude and they lie about being rude to the customers. When they say something about it, everyone covers each other's back and tells you if you don't like it. Go down the street to chicken Express. San marcus on highway one twenty three“

He and the staff at Pizza Hut near Baylor University are outstanding in their professionalism, attention to details, and making sure the customers have a positive experience from their visit to this strategically placed restaurant along I-35 in Waco.“
