“Allergies….my wife has developed severe gluten, dairy and egg allergies in the last few years. YAKI specializes in food prep WITHOUT allergy concerns!! They came up when we looked up gluten free options while visiting Waco and what a God-send! We spoke with Jake and encouraged him and the vision he has for helping people that can’t partake in regular food! “Even if you eat inside, go out on the roof! An October evening was perfect to come up here, just the right temperature!
I can't stop thinking about the crispy sweet potatoes. I would say if you come here and not get them you missed out on a dish you may never have anywhere else!
Both the sea bass and lobster tagliatelle were excellent! I want to eat sea bass much more frequently after that dish
Lastly, chess pie was amazing, the lemon curd really helped contrast it, well done chef!“

“Always a good experience here. There are a few more flavors to choose from here than a couple of others I've been to. The workers are always nice and present. In some places I've been to, there might be 1 person, and usually in the back. There are enough employees here for at least 2 of them to be present if anything is needed“
