They came up when we looked up gluten free options while visiting Waco and what a God-send! We spoke with Jake and encouraged him and the vision he has for helping people that can’t partake in regular food! If you’re in the Waco area, I highly recommend YAKI, whether or not you have a food allergy! I would really like to see YAKI branch out to serve more people, so help them out! EATYAKI!“

1. Silo cookie: soft interior with crunchier exterior, some crunch throughout— SO delicious
5.Oatmeal chocolate chip cookie: very soft, a little grainier
4.Peanut butter oatmeal: rough and rowdy!
6. Vanilla shortbread: crumbly, not too sweet
3. Vegan salted caramel: crunchy and a bit harder“

“My family and I stayed at the Pivovar for my daughter’s wedding in March 2025. The restaurant was fantastic and the rooms classically authentic. It is a beautiful hotel and is central to everything downtown Waco has to offer! Will definitely be back to try the beer spa! 🍻“

In some places I've been to, there might be 1 person, and usually in the back. There are enough employees here for at least 2 of them to be present if anything is needed“
