“This place is amazing!! Very convenient and has been a great resource in my life. I had the chance of visiting a couple weeks ago and was greeted by DAWN!! She was so amazing knowledgeable and relatable. She helped me pick out some meals even grabbed fresher dates for me because I expressed I probably wouldn’t eat all my meals in 1 to 2 days. Lol she is the reason I have come back every week now to get meals!! My first week eating these meals I lost 7lbs HOW I do not know but that’s for anyone who’s doubting them. The last couple weeks I’ve met different staff members and everyone is super nice and welcoming!! Look, P.F. Chang’s knows how to hit that sweet spot between “fancy enough to impress” and “comfy enough to not stress your outfit.” The sushi roll? Easily one of the best I’ve had in ages. The lettuce wraps? Literal soul food—if your soul craves crunchy, savory goodness, you’re covered.

But the drinks? They took a hard left into sour-town and missed the mark. Like, who ordered these sad cocktails? Not me.

Inside, it’s a surprisingly romantic little nook with dim lighting and cozy seating. Perfect for date night if you want the vibe without the stiff atmosphere or dress code.

Now, the server… yeah, they were acting like they’d rather be anywhere else. Rude energy doesn’t usually come with the P.F. Chang’s territory, so I’m chalking it up to an off day. Happens.

Heads up: it ain’t cheap. But hey, I walked out full and happy enough to justify the splurge.

Bottom line: Skip the drinks, order all the sushi and lettuce wraps, and enjoy the cozy vibe — just hope for better service next time.“

“Popped in today with my daughter—she grabbed a milkshake, and I treated myself to a churro cupcake (because self-care, obviously).

She said the milkshake was “watery, but good,” which is kind of like saying someone’s funny, but only by accident. She slurped it down in under five minutes, probably because there wasn’t much thickness slowing her down.

As for my churro cupcake—it was good! Not “angels-singing, fireworks-exploding” good, especially at $4 a pop, but good enough to keep me curious. I’ll definitely be back to give another flavor a shot. Maybe next time the milkshake will come with a little more shake and a little less milk.“

“Great location. , easy in and out , clean building and convenient. I eat 2x per week at pei Wei on precint line road in hurst. The dine in is great and the lettuce wraps and Kung pao chicken are my favorites. Staff is always happy .“

“FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!! We came here tonight for my kids birthday party. She's quite shy but we still wanted to have the goofy birthday experience that we had growing up (coming to Joe's Crab shack for birthday celebrations has become a tradition in our family). Well, they sure did it! Our server, Jose, was amazing, friendly, checked on us often, made sure we had what we needed, and answered all our questions with a smile. He made us feel super welcome and well taken care of. I wish we could have tipped him more. Then a whole bunch of crew members came out to do the birthday celebration with our kid, who was thoroughly entertained & embarrassed, as we had wanted, haha. And the food was stellar, which has always been the case in the past when we came here so I expected nothing less. Overall this was a fantastic pending to an important birthday and left our whole family feeling wonderful. 10/10, highly recommend, and thank you so much to Jose and the amazing crew of this Joe's Crab Shack! Sidenote: Every time we go here we always get the Great Balls of Fire, the painted crab dessert and the "Shark Nibble" drink, all of which are 100% worth getting every time. The dessert and the drink are a huge crowd pleaser with the kids. They're super cute and fun, very affordably priced, and something we personally haven't seen at any other restaurant.“
