“Everything was great except they charge a service fee of 18%. In n our case $47.58.Husband wasn't paying action to the bill and gave them a $40 tip and then I gave another $10 personally to waitress $97.58 tip on a $264 meal. We won't be tipping there again“

“I just wanted to say a big “Thank You” to the managment for replacing bread that I accidentally left at their store. I was in Weatherford meeting friends at the Panera and purchased lunch and bread. I had a wonderful lunch but left my bread and drove an hour home. I came in two weeks later for early Christmas shopping and just asked if they could help me out with replacing the bread I forgot. They said they would have the manager make the call. After, some research they discovered I did purchase the bread and happily gave me two more loaves with a smile!! I did not expect much due to the time that had passed, but the manager was more than helpful and it made my day to see how gracious everyone was!!! So Merry Christmas and thanks again, to all the workers and management at Panera!“
