“I like the farmhouse atmosphere this place brings.

The chicken fingers are a little small for my liking, but I will say they are very juicy. It's not exactly full of flavor, but that's what the dipping sauce is for.

The spicy garlic and the zax sauce are my favorite.

If you're feeling famished, I would definitely order more than 4 tenders.

They are a little pricey, but overall, they are pretty good.“

“Been going around 11. Food has been nice and hot and ready. Staff needs to be better about giving reciepts out to people i went 3 times in 2 weeks each time I had to ask for my reciept its like there holding on to them for some reason. Other than that no complaints.“

Fried chicken skins - this the only place Ive seen them and you meant to tell me I get a plateful of my favorite part of the chicken??!! It was on point 9/10. Fried catfish, amazingly done. A voice inside said "oh they have red velvet cake, you should try that". I asked the waitress, on a 10 scale, she says 9. I take a slice home. Oh lawd. Ive always taken up for Red Velvet cake when the haters call it bs and made up chocolate, but it didnt have any love for me. Im a fat man, I will eat anything, even bad cake - but...I couldnt eat this. It was drier than the Sahara. I left it on the counter, and saw a trail of ants later."Hmm, maybe at least theyll eat it". Upon closer inspection, they were carrying ant water-pails to it to try to moisturize it. I threw it in my disposal and my disposal filed an OSHA violation against me. Would I recommend Mr Cs Fried Chicken & Waffles? ONly on days that end in -y. Would I recommend the red velvet cake? “Recommend 100x - I visit this location at least a couple times a week. Today, I witnessed something truly amazing. I was in the drive thru. I heard one of the employees tell another employee that a lady in a curbside spot was having a bad day. Whenever she delivered her food to her, I noticed that the employee was praying for the customer. This blew my mind, as I had never seen this happen at a restaurant before. Very, very special. Thank you for hiring people that not only do their job, but go above and beyond for their customers.“

“So I will address a few things I have seen in reviews. The location I go to is 547 Culebra so I am not sure if some reviews were a different location. I have seen absolutely no discrimination of race for serving. The food is absolutely amazing from how they season the chicken, to the rice seasoning, and the charro beans! I wish I could figure out how they do there seasoning for each. I have heard other locations are not as good as the one I listed so that is the only one I go to.“

“We did takeout from here for dinner yesterday. We ordered the ten-piece Chicken Family meal dark with large mashed potatoes, large okra and five honey-butter biscuits. We also ordered the three-piece chicken tenders combo with white gravy, regular fries and lemonade. All of the fried chicken was hot and well seasoned. We drove out of our way to this location because of good tasting food and great customer service. We will definitely return again and would highly recommend that you visit this establishment and try their food.“

“I checked out the Chick-fil-A located in downtown San Antonio. Although I’ve driven by it plenty of times I’ve never stopped in because I thought that I would have to find a parking spot and then walk in. Well, if this has kept you from stopping at this Chick-fil-A, wait no longer and make your trip to Chick-fil-A in downtown San Antonio because they have a drive-through.

I placed my order online and when it gave me the option for mobile pick up, I wasn’t sure how that would work. It took me a moment to find their pick up line, but when I did, it was easy and effortless just like all the other Chick-fil-A‘s around. When I pulled up to the ordering window, I opened the mobile app and scanned the mobile pick up QR code. Then I drove on up to the window and waited to get my order. The staff was friendly, the service was pretty quick, the food was hot and the order was correct. I will no longer shy away from visiting the downtown Chick-fil-A now that I know that I can go through their drive-through.“
