“Staff are very friendly and quick to fill orders! I ordered the toasted roast beef and cheddar last week and unfortunately didn’t get the crispy onions, seems small but was one of the things that made me change my order last minute! Lots of meat though, could’ve used some hot peppers for extra flavor. Small interior with not a lot of seating, but good for to go orders. Easy to locate and lots of parking!“

“To start our evening Subway would rank 1 start because, we initially went to the Subway in Walmart in Murphy. They employee there was just flat out rude to my husband and child. My kid cried because of the way this employee spoke to him. So we left and came back to Wylie and went to the Subway across from Wylie High. The two employees there were so nice and understanding to my child's wants. They spoke very respectly. My son read the doors 'How are we doing?' sign. He asked if he could go tell the nice guys how good of a job they did. The guys came to the counter and respectfully engaged in a conversation with my son and let my son compliment them on their awesome work. These two young gentlemen made up for the Murphy Walmart Subway's complete ignorance. The two young gentlemen made our family dinner, especially for my kids, one of the most pleasant meals. Because of these two young gentlemen is why this Subway (in Wylie across from Wylie High) gets the 5 stars.“

“The pho was incredible. The broth was made to perfection. I loved the spring rolls made with shrimp and the peanut sauce. The ginger, lemon and raw honey drink was exceptionally good. Everything is exceptionally clean and beautiful. I will be back and bring my friends ❤️“

“Left the courthouse for a seatbelt ticket and needed comfort food. Firehouse Subs did not disappoint. I got the medium meatball firehouse sandwich, a brownie and medium drink. Well, the drink was on the house after I doubled back and tried to buy a drink and he just gave it to me. Great team, great food, great value!“

“One of the best restaurant staff I have seen on this side of the city. We ordered $5 pizzas through the mobile app and I did not look at the pricing carefully. The app gave a $5 promotion for one pizza and the rest was in full prize. I did not realize until I picked up the pizzas from the restaurant. I returned to the restaurant to ask them if they could do something. Unfortunately system did not allow them to do any store credit or return the money. The staff suggested to call the manager. But, surprisingly 10 minutes later one of the store staff called me and she took care of everything by talking to the manager herself on the phone. They revised the bill.
