“I have went to Baskin-Robbins 4 times in the past few weeks. Each time I am refused service for extended periods of time while other patrons are treated with grace. It is my approach to treat everyone with kindness, but this evening ,I was once again not greeted warmly or told that someone would be right with me. One of the associates began to serve people that had just walked in before me despite serving my friend. I assumed that perhaps the person was shy but when two more patrons entered, the sales associate warmly greeted them. It was at that point that I decided not to make a purchase. I am deeply disappointed at these actions. I can only help but feel these acts are racially motivated. I will not name names because I am not seeking to get anyone fired but I think a greater lesson can be learned.“

“This place reminds me of a combination of a vintage ice cream parlor and Dairy Queen. Dairy Queen because of the food items on the menu.

I've been to 46 states, 16 countries, and 4 continents so far and this place has the best ice cream shakes that I can remember ever having. Even the root beer float (my son ordered) was pretty flipping good. I would really recommend this place, especially on a hot summer afternoon.“

“It’s crumbl. They are all the same but they are all sooo good. So it really comes down to cleanliness and staff. And honestly they were so nice and took care of us quickly. For the cookies there amazing. We usually get sick and share. There huge you can split each one four ways and have plenty for everyone.“

“Friendly staff, more than generous portions and a literal wall of flavors to choose from. My kids ordered a medium waffle cone and the helping was huge! A small would have been more than enough. Ordered me a thick shake and it was everything I love in a shake. Took home a quart of Strawberry Cheesecake Chunk to try later and make ice cream sandwiches with Graham crackers. This is now my ice cream shop of preference. Thank you so much to the entire staff and the sweet gal that helped me and my kids. You guys are amazing!“

“Solid 4/5 star coffee shop. It’s a fun vibe, I like how it’s small and quirky. The drinks were good, nothing special though. They only had one roast to choose from, and the staff was fine, not very fun and bubbly like your typical coffee shop. Not sure that I’ll go back, but definitely in a fun location and worth swinging by if your a block or two away.“

“So many options for sweet tacos! Really fun and creative flavors. I got the #9 which was cookies and cream! They tacos are actually quite big. We were able to share one between two of us. They have more than taco ice creams! They have cookie sandwiches, shakes, dirty sodas, and just regular ice creams. There was a little line when I got here, but the ladies behind the counter busted ice cream out fast! Didn’t have to wait long at all to get my sweet treat! Definitely coming back when I visit SLC again“

“Be sure to get a sample before trying new flavors-- have regretted when I didn't because flavors are often overly salty (mango, coconut, blackberry) and/or taste fermented (blackberry). They also give smaller portions in the evenings, within 2 hours of closing. Is sometimes more runny/melted. However, if you pick correctly or just stick with their standard salted vanilla- which interestingly is less salty than their rotating flavors- then it's quite good!“

“The double prime burger was delicious, as were the tater tots with fry sauce.. the combo meal comes with fries, but I upgraded to tater tots which were medium, so when I asked to upgrade to a large tots there was a one dollar uncharge, even though on the menu the difference between medium and large Freddy’s tots is only $.50. I asked the manager and was told it was a pending software upgrade causing the problem. So, would I eat here again? Definitely! 👍“
