“Pretty good location for my first visit.
Upon walking in there was no line in subway clerk.Ready to take my order.
The clerk gave me plenty of time to look over the menu to make a choice of what to eat.
Drink station is in clean and working order.
Dining room could use a little tidying up.But overall, i'm pretty clean.Dining area.
The thing that impressed me the most is while I sat in there and ate my food. We'll be employees stayed working the entire time. By stocking chips, straightening chairs in the dining room in rotating food on the line.
I did not observe the employee, washed their hands or not.Wash their hands as I could not see.The hand washing sink from the lobby.“

“C9 catered our wedding and we could not have chose anyone better. The food was SO SO good! Everything was cooked to absolute perfection and our guests could not stop talking about how delicious everything was. They made the entire process so easy and even packaged up all of the leftovers for us at the end of the night which we really appreciated. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we hoped for. We truly could not have asked for better food for our wedding and would recommend them over and over again!“

“I’ve been a fan of Jersey Mikes for a long time occasionally getting the sandwiches when going on a hike or for a picnic with my family. Today I came in with my son purely by craving and was helped generously by the staff. The manager Liz recommended I try the number 13 which was a fantastic choice as well as some delicious jalapeño flavored chips. I highly recommend this location and recommend you try an Italian sub!“

The food has always been good and the portions are fair, although I wouldn’t say every visit or every menu item has been quite at the 5-star level. That said, there are plenty of good choices, the service is friendly, and it’s a convenient alternative to the typical fast-food lunch.

“I got the Beef Dip sandwich, it was quite scrumptious. I saw some reviews that the cheese wiz can be overpowering so I got it on the side which made it nice to control how much I got in each bite. The au jus was thick and the rosemary flavor was a nice touch.

I got the small fries on the side, very good fries. They have a Cajun seasoning on them and there are a lot of sauces to try with them.“

“My family is gluten free, with one child with celiac. I am so very thankful for how all these folks were trained in cleaning the counters and machines. There are not a lot of gluten free options when dining out, and definitely less when considering fast food. I appreciate the staff here so very much! “I like this location since it's conveniently located next to campus and offers reasonably priced food. I feel like campus is a food desert unless you want to pay inflated prices. So Subway being a block off campus is a nice alternative.

However, mobile orders are so inconsistent. I usually want the same thing every time, and have it saved, so I figured it would be easier for both the employees and me. Today, everything was right, except for having unwanted lettuce. However, to the worker's credit, it seemed like her co-workers abandoned her, and she was running everything alone. Back in 2024, I ordered and then stopped after a while because one day they gave me a tuna sub instead of a turkey sub, which I had to throw away. It also smelled bad once I opened it, almost like putting canned cat food on bread. Then, even with the Turkey subs, when I pay for the extra Turkey, I don't even notice getting anything more than with the regular option. Then, if you want extra mayo, sometimes barely any at all, less than what you'd even expect for the regular option.

A girl who worked there always got my order perfect, but I think she started working somewhere better. Another thing I've noticed over the years is that employees don't seem to stick around. During the few years of ordering, it sometimes seemed like you'd get new faces every week. From now on, it may be better to order in person, as we did in the past before the advent of phones, and then scan the QR code to redeem rewards.“
