“I’ve been here 3 or times, the fresh raspberry was fabulous, the last two times I had the white chocolate mint in the waffle cone! It was my favorite! So glad you are here in Bountiful! ♥️?“

“I have went to Baskin-Robbins 4 times in the past few weeks. Each time I am refused service for extended periods of time while other patrons are treated with grace. It is my approach to treat everyone with kindness, but this evening ,I was once again not greeted warmly or told that someone would be right with me. One of the associates began to serve people that had just walked in before me despite serving my friend. I assumed that perhaps the person was shy but when two more patrons entered, the sales associate warmly greeted them. It was at that point that I decided not to make a purchase. I am deeply disappointed at these actions. I can only help but feel these acts are racially motivated. I will not name names because I am not seeking to get anyone fired but I think a greater lesson can be learned.“

“We ordered some flavors of the week. One of the cookies was incorrect. I called and asked if we could be sent 1 replacement cookie and that I wouldn’t normally ask but I was recovering from surgery and really was looking forward to the one that got messed up. They were SO friendly on the phone. Not only did they send a replacement for free, they sent a new box of 4 and a personalized note to feel better! This made our night! They went above and beyond!
