We brought my 85-year-old mother, who has difficulty seeing and walking, and KC went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. He took the time to go over the menu with her patiently and made sure she never felt rushed or overlooked.

His kindness and attentiveness truly stood out and made the evening special for our family. As we were leaving, the female manager kindly opened the door for us, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated.

“I love to come to ihop often food is always delicious and I always feel special when Alejandra cooks my meals and makes me feel welcomed i understand that weekends are busy but whoever was in the kitchen today cooking the eggs was making an effort but needs more training on how to make eggs I hope they understand I am not mad just hope that in the future they get more experience and learn for mistakes thank you for your hard work and dedication ladies I really appreciated your effort in alway trying to make things right I love the servers here“

“Took my daughter here for lunch. I’ve been a couple times and always have a great experience. The owner is a one man show with the most simple and successful business model that even my 15yo daughter just chuckled with the whole experience. And, he makes damn good sandwiches.

Come as soon as they open. They only make a portioned amount each day. When it’s gone, it’s gone.

“Zina was our server and she was amazing! She was so bubbly, kind, and attentive. Overall just had a great attitude and was so nice!

The food this time around was 10/10! The fries were cooked to perfection, golden brown and had the right crisp to them. The teriyaki fingers were superb. Even the carrots and celery were fresh. We’ll definitely be coming here again and requesting Zina when we do. 😁“

“I'm not one to get into the whole Apollo burger vs Crown burger thing, however, this location clobbers any other Apollo or Crown burger spot you'll find in Utah.

After a late back to school night we took the fam through the drive through, our intention was to just take it back home and grub, however, after seeing how fresh the fries and burgers were, we parked the car and had to eat it on the spot.“

I'd probably make this place a regular visit if the prices were a bit more competitive with other burger joints. There are definitely some great options here.“

“This was my first time coming here, and I got the tri tip torta. It tasted fresh (and very flavorful!), the bread was soft, light and airy, and it was very reasonably priced. It tasted homemade in the best way!

As a home cook, I don’t often eat out because the price does not often reflect the quality of the food and experience, but I was actually very impressed with Cubby’s. I wish I could’ve gotten a cookie because they looked so soft and delicious!“

“2.5 stars The beer selection is amazing. The food is wonderful…however!, it will take more time than you’d think for service and food. We’ve given this place 4 tries, and while sitting at the bar is amazing for drinks, the table service and food is super slow so just set those expectations appropriately. This is a consistent experience, every time, which is a bummer with the service and food because the food is great! But even if you’re sitting at the bar, food service is *extremely* slow (40 minutes for an order of wings). It’s so unfortunate because otherwise, this place is a gem.“

“Found this little gem from a simple Google search and I’m already addicted! My friend and I enjoyed breakfast there and we’re already planning a return trip. Who cares that it’s an hour away from home, it’s worth the drive! I had the granola pancake (🤤) and my friend had the strawberry french toast special (equally delicious). We also took home cinnamon and raspberry rolls (to die for). Give this place a try, you’ll be glad you did!“
