One employee really stood out to me, I believe his name was Ryker 🤔, he was super friendly and the most charismatic worker I’ve ever seen. Always had a smile on his face and was literally so uplifting, man what a cool guy. Hands down made me the best sandwich I’ll probably ever eat in my life so props to him 😁👏“

“The employees at this location have always been friendly to us and can usually make sandwiches fairly quickly so you don't wait long. Everything has always tasted delicious and we absolutely love the lemonade they have. We do wish Subway in general would bring back regular ranch though as a condiment option haha.“

“Spicy East Coast Italian with some jalapeño ranch! Now we're talking! Good sandwiches and good staff! You can buy loaves of bread and hide them under your pillow for secret eating. Don't let the kids find it! Mine haven't yet, but if they do, I'll probably have to hide them somewhere else. I usually hide stuff in the lawn mower grass bag because my kids haven't worked a day in their lives, and I doubt they'll ever look there. I do everything for them. You would think they could do something as simple as pick up the string cheese wrapper off the ground or clean their rooms. At least I can enjoy these sandwiches while they're at school. “I had a great experience at Firehouse Subs! The food was fresh, hot, and really flavorful—definitely one of the better subs I’ve had in a while. Everything was made just right and tasted amazing.

What really stood out was the service. An employee named Ben helped me, and he was quick, friendly, and super polite. He made the whole experience even better with how efficient and kind he was.

“I usually like this place, but tonight there was only 1 employee and he was less than kind! I understand, but everyone who was there did online orders and we all waited patiently. I bought 2 whole salads, and I got 2 half salads, when I asked about it, the employee was absolutely rude! If you go there tonight, please be patient with the service Bless his heart, he looked like he just wanted to cry!“
