“What a nice girl working at chip cookies today! She was so sweet and patient to my grumpy tired kids! She made their topping choices sound so fun it was hard to pick between them! She joked with them and made them laugh and instead of leaving with the frowns they came in with the left with wide smiles. The cookies were delicious and this mama is thankful for making my kids moods much better! Thanks chip cookies girl!

I called and asked if we could be sent 1 replacement cookie and that I wouldn’t normally ask but I was recovering from surgery and really was looking forward to the one that got messed up. They were SO friendly on the phone. Not only did they send a replacement for free, they sent a new box of 4 and a personalized note to feel better! This made our night! They went above and beyond! “Tastys is hands down the best doughnut place in Utah. Other places honestly don’t come close. The temperature of the oil and the duration they fry them is perfect. They are not too big and not overly sweet which is a mistake most places make around here.

The owner is also super nice. Always giving my son and I free doughnuts.

No one’s a jerk when you first meet them. I mean, we’re all nice at the beginning. It’s only when you face a challenge together that you see someone’s true colors, for better or worse. And companies are exactly the same. So, I owe it to Crumbl to share this experience.

I had an issue with the desserts I ordered, so I visited their website, emailed the Layton location, and posted a review. Within a day, I received a kind and apologetic email from the owner. She explained her plan to make it right and followed through the same day!

After asking the owner to take care of my problem, I’ve seen her true colors, and here’s what I found: she cares about her customers. She's responsive, responsible, humble, and filled to the brim with integrity! I went from a guy with a problem with my order to now a loyal customer. That's impressive!“
