“October 13, 2022, my sister and I went to Leatherby's for lunch at 12:10 p.m. We order a Philly cheese steak sandwich, and we waited 20 minutes for it, it was barely warm. It had hardly and meat, green peppers, onions on it! I said to the waiter this Philly cheese steak sandwich was on the Menu said The BEST Seller. It had nothing is on it; he took it back and (they probably spit on it) when came back it STILL hardly had any meat etc. on it! It was the worst Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich!!! Service VERY Poor! “I've been here several times, always a treat, and have never left a review. Located in great part of town, just love 9th and 9th. The gelateria itself has just an assortment of arts and ceramics and decorations. The seating area is super cozy. Some tables and chairs and some couches - that could swallow you whole if you let them they are so squishy. The gelato is great, very creamy. I think the best gelato in Salt Lake. The serving size is great too, they usually pack it in and over the top of the cup. Thanks to the owners and workers of this shop!“

They have flavors of the month if you want to try something new. You can get to-go pints/quarts for ice cream at home or an event. They have ice-cream that accommodate some dietary preferences which is always a win.

“This has been my boyfriend's and my favourite boba spot in Utah for the past year! The boba is always incredibly fresh, the atmosphere is super welcoming, and they have fun games to enjoy. The variety of flavors is also great! My favorites are the passionfruit and mango flavored boba.“

“I live in Colorado and never heard of Alpha Coffee. I visited Salt Lake City, and friend recommended we meet at the downtown location. I ordered an "Aztec" and it was great. Something different, new and tasty for me. I liked the drink, the vibe and the servers ... the whole experience was great! I look forward to my next visit to SLC. I'll stop at Alpha again - to try the Poly! :)“

They only had one roast to choose from, and the staff was fine, not very fun and bubbly like your typical coffee shop. “At first, I was completely put off because their weren’t prices listed. I immediately felt I was going to be overcharged. I asked the sweet lady for prices, and she obliged happily. It was the most I’ve ever paid for a boba and I’ve drank them all over. Even on Waikiki Beach they weren’t so expensive. So, why 5 stars? “I’m always one to recommend Nelson’s but just went there tonight and had a very negative experience... Me and my mom were up for a treat and we decided to go to Neilsen, knowing they close at 10pm we hurried over and got into the drive through at 9:57 we were second in line. Just a few minutes later we pulled up to the window just as the clock stuck 10 and the young lady at the window said “what can I get for you?” and we said “do you have chocolate” she said “yes” we proceeded and asked for a chocolate cone and a vanilla concrete. The young lady them said “All we have is frozen quarts and pints, sorry were closed” (despite having asked us what we wanted, oh and the OPEN sign was still on) we were a bit confused because we’ve been waiting since before they closed. I tried to explain that we were waiting in line before you closed. Let’s just say they could care less that I didn’t get my frozen custard. All in all not very happy about what happed hope this situation can get fixed by simply blocking the drive through and take care of the existing costumers ect.“
