No one’s a jerk when you first meet them. I mean, we’re all nice at the beginning. It’s only when you face a challenge together that you see someone’s true colors, for better or worse. And companies are exactly the same. So, I owe it to Crumbl to share this experience.

I had an issue with the desserts I ordered, so I visited their website, emailed the Layton location, and posted a review. Within a day, I received a kind and apologetic email from the owner. She explained her plan to make it right and followed through the same day!

After asking the owner to take care of my problem, I’ve seen her true colors, and here’s what I found: she cares about her customers. She's responsive, responsible, humble, and filled to the brim with integrity! I went from a guy with a problem with my order to now a loyal customer. That's impressive!“

“If you are wanting a creamy, flavorful ice cream you need to come to this location! Plenty of flavors to choose from! Staff were quick and friendly and you didn’t have to wait for your ice cream! I got the pint and got two flavors. They have a lot of customizable options if you want to try more than one! Definitely will come back!“

“I got a custom cake made at this Layton location and the girl we went through was very cooperative and let us order what we wanted. She helped us decide on flavors and everything! We ordered it Wednesday night and she had it done on Thursday, we didn't even need till Saturday! Talk about speedy customer service! I just wanted to say thank you to her because I didn't get her name! The cake was perfect! :)“

“My family has been coming here since they first opened! We love that there are so many different fun Italian ice flavors with the option to mix with ice cream (actually frozen yogurt). We always seem to be helped by the same young lady who is so helpful and courteous. I think her name is Brooke and she always appears to be working so hard and cleaning! Teenage employees like her must be hard to find nowadays.“

“This Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is located alongside Cold Stone Creamery. On one side of the cash register is Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and the other side is Cold Stone Creamery. Even though it's two businesses in one location, it is a very small store with maybe four small tables. They have most of the basic candies and candy/caramel apples, but they don't have everything that you can find in other places. They don't open until 4pm on Sunday. Good thing I checked online before going over there.“

“We were in town from Texas visiting family, and, to celebrate my wife's 29 1/2-year- (1 year on Saturn) old birthday, I wanted to get her a space-themed ice cream cake. I came to the store, picked out a cake, and asked whether it could be customized on the spot. To my surprise, the store not only accommodated my request, but they did a beautiful job adding a multi-colored saturn to the middle of the cake as well as many complementarily-colored stars. It looked amazing! But that's not all -- the cake tasted incredible; each of our family members agreed it was delectable.“

“Mrs. Cavanaugh’s Chocolates in the Layton Hills Mall is such a delightful spot, and the amazing service makes it even better! The girls working there were so friendly and helpful—they made the experience so enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely love their job and working together because their great attitudes and smiles are contagious. They were quick to recommend the best chocolates and even helped me put together the perfect holiday gift box.

The selection at Mrs. Cavanaugh’s is fantastic, with so many delicious options to choose from. Whether you’re into creamy caramels, rich truffles, or classic chocolate-covered nuts, they have something for everyone. They even have seasonal treats that are perfect for gifting (or keeping for yourself!). The staff was patient and thoughtful as I took my time deciding, and their recommendations were spot-on.

What I loved most about my visit was how welcoming the atmosphere felt. The staff’s enthusiasm and teamwork made it clear they take pride in what they do, and it really adds to the charm of the store.
