“Meh... First time to Cubby's and probably last. I somehow spent $35 for 2 people. I asked for a receipt but they were going to make me fill out a form and email it to me and I said not worth it. So, not sure if they messed up or if 2 burgers, fries, and drinks really cost $35 at a fast casual place like this.
I got the Houdini. The patty was burned and not much flavor or taste to the rest of it. I ordered the buffalo bleu cheese fries. The bleu cheese and buffalo sauce is actually a pretty good combo and I loved the taste but the fries seemed to be stale. There was also a wrapper or lid to the bleu cheese container mixed into my fries. I like their chipotle fry sauce. You'll need a lot to make up for the bland flavors and stale food.
The service was fast and friendly and establishment clean. Only complaint about service was them not noticing the obvious wrapper they left on my fries.“

“My friend and I went last week. We shared our meals. She ordered the fish and chips, but substituted the chips, for sweet potato fries. I ordered the chicken and cheese enchiladas. She thought her fish was the best she had ever had and felt the same about her sweet potato fries. I thought my enchilada was the best I had ever had as well. We have both eaten in many restaurants, in many countries. Our waiter was absolutely great and the food was even better. We drove to Lehi to meet some friends from Indiana and just happened to need to eat supper while we were there. Strap Tank was suggested and oh my the food was amazing! We both decided we would drive back solely for the purpose of eating there again. I would rate the food as perhaps the best in Utah.“

“We are visiting Utah for a few days and had dinner here. Our server Maddie was very pleasant and efficient. The food was fabulous. Our table ordered white cheddar Broccoli soup, cauliflower appetizer, polenta with prawns, teriyaki steak, and lemon risotto with salmon. I highly recommend this restaurant!“

Everytime we go here it is incredible, we do our team meetings here, we sit and work here, Matt the server is incredible. Dean the manager does amazing hospitality and manages exceptionally well. Even when we left our food on accident and it got tossed, we asked to order a half serving since we forgot it. And they made us a full one. Best restaurant, bar, staff, servers, atmosphere, and management we’ve been to in the state. They never let us walk away disappointed or dissatisfied. Just ask for dean if you ever have an issue and you will not be disappointed.

“I went my fisrt time 2/16/26. I ordered Houdini Jr and Rosemary Fries via drive through and both are good. I don't think I want rosemary fries again but the burger was delicious, and safe to say, no other place has a similar entree on their menu. I already didn't miss The Iceberg Drive-In, but I probably should have tried Chubby's a long time ago.“

“I had an organized event planned at Bout Time. We called ahead and was assured they could accommodate our group and reserve a section of tables for us. When we showed up the day of our event, there was nothing reserved for us. the guy at the door had no idea. We looked around and noticed there was nothing looking like a reserved section. we stopped a server and told her about how we had called to reserve. She walked away to chat with someone else. we waited for about 10 minutes before anyone came back to follow up with us. multiple people walking past us to other tables the whole time. the guy who said he was a a manager finally came and chatted with us and proceeded to say that they don't do reservations. We pointed out how we had called ahead and were told that we could make a reservation. He apologized that someone told us wrong information and reiterated they don't do reservations and that he would not be able to accommodate since it open seating. I asked that since we were given wrong information if he could put a sign on 4 tables that were open and closer to each other so we at least had something for our group. He refused and said he needed to leave those open for other guests coming in. I pointed out they made a mistake and we now had a large group coming, for a social event, expecting a reserved section and asked that he please try to make it right by putting reserved signs on the table and he again refused. He walked away at one point to call a general manager or something to see how they would want this handled and came back again refusing to help. You don't just make a reservation for a large group like that then last minute not follow through with accommodating that reservation. We chose to take our business to Top Golf in the same parking lot. when we arrived we explained out situation and the size of our group. the nice lady at the door let us know they were lowere staffed so service may be a little slower but that they would be happy to have our group. they made us feel valued the entire time we were there and let us know they are excited to have out group return. it's a shame because we were excited to find a place to host some of our events in Utah county and we though Bout Time might be good. but now it will be Top Golf who gets out returned visits.“
